The tap is leaking, shower room tiles are mouldy, overall its not clean as i saw in photos. Not worth for money, the room looks like 1 star hotel. I really regret with vouk hotel suites services. I ordered in dining room services, took 2 hours to prepare the food. But they never update to me anything till i called them and ask. Atleast u should inform me earlier if take time to prepare the food. Please keep rooms clean and towels smell so bad. Not worth even for 2 star. Regret bookings!

Spacious room with comfortable bed, with a separate bath & shower, the whole bathroom is almost the same size as the bedroom. Basic amenities provided. Strategic location with complimentary outdoor parking for in-house guest. Basic breakfast options.

Nightmare staying in this hotel. Very bad maintenance. Wallpaper peels off, stinking and yellowish towels, cockroach in the room, wet and dirty floor during check in and very bad sound proofing-clearly heard the exhaust of motorcycle and cars moving. Carpet also not very clean. Requested for non connecting room still given a connecting room. Highly not recommended. To me such hotel shall be categories under 2* hotel.

Is a good hotel, at a very convenient location, near and short to Macalister street and gurney. Staff are super friendly and nice. Just one thing the room sound proof are not that good, can listen next door loud chatting or alarm sound. Overall still ok with the hotel

Friendly staff, neat and clean room. Everything was good except for the sound proof wasn't good. We could hear next door guest having shower and also conversation between them. We were allocated a connecting room.

The location is nice and have private car park for hotel's guest. Really cool this hotel. Room quite big and nice and have decoration like pallets wall. Just lil bit mold growth in toilet corner. And the towel provided smell like wet cloth. Not so comfy to use. Overall is good for family stay. Not forget to mention we got free 2x coupon for drinks at lounge but during check out i just notice this coupon. I'm so sad bout that

Near from gleneagles hospital, gurney plaza, also near from hawker, apothecary. We stayed here for 12 days and got the room with a nice view. But the wall is not soundproof well, so we still can heard the sounds from the next room.

Complete basic amenities.. Clean room.. Comfortable bed and pillow.. Got small massage chairrrrr n jacuzzi bath tub for the room i book.. Both are functional.. Tv size is good but it just provide basic channel.. The wall is soundproof i think but the door is not.. I can hear even key chain sound when people walk across.. 🤣

Firstly, the picture on Trip.com with the Jacuzzi is just false advertising. There are none and only a bath tub. The room at the 10th floor has a very dirty bath tub and the air conditioning was pretty bad. We've complaint about it and there was nothing they could do with the false advertising. For the air-conditioning, the maintenance came to reset it but the room was still hot. They then moved us to one floor below which was much better. The massage chair in the room doesn't do much either. It just vibrates and nothing more than that. We are very disappointed with mainly the false advertising of the pictures they have on Trip.com

Customer service at counter is very straight and not helpful at all… ( is Indian girl don know call what name ).. Room is big but the bath room have a lot dirty marks , the room cleanliness need to improve ( I found 1x used cotton bud ) .

Clean & Comfort.

We have high expectations to stay at this hotel.. the location and staff is good..however, the facilities look like they are not really well maintained. The swimming pool is not so clean..the room also looks old..

The location is very convenient and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The only thing is that the hotel might not be very new type.
