The room was quite small Shower in bathroom partially malfunction Very limited parking, forced to illegally park at road side

This is amazing city to visit and stay at George town. Hotel, good atmosphere and vibes meet with people around places....if travel journey please booked roughly recommended

When I booked the room, it was said that I need to pay only 2 RM as the tourism tax was included, but when I checked in, and tried to explain to the staff, the staff said that I needed to pay another 10 RM for the tourism tax plus 2 RM( This amount was required) . I do not know whether I will get that amount of money back, but I can guarantee that I will not book this hotel anymore. Some staff do not understand basic English.

the room is very dirty, i heard from grab car that the hotel always been complaint from their passenger. and the room smells bad. also the bedsheet i think the housekeeping never changed cause is fucking dirty uh. please make an improvement. the price ddnt worth the room quality.

Not value for money. Got electric kettle but need to request for cups and a chair. Torn curtains and smelly room. Trip.com posted misleading facade of hotel

Hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to Giant Supermarket, eateries, including Him Heang and Ghee Heang. Cleanliness and room amenities are substandard. Water was also dripping from the heater . Reception is normally unmanned. Room rates are low but not suitable for family with children and elderly.

Not so good. The room smells very strong. The pillows are not clean and are a bit yellow. They look different from the photos. I feel like they are not very hygienic and the cleaning is casual.

The actual hotel is completely different from the photos. The room smells musty and the sanitation staff never pick up the garbage or take it out. Don't be fooled by the pictures anymore!!!
