Affordable booking. Stayed for 4 nights Location is close to the nearest street food area, about 10min walk Everything was ok except that the toilet wasn’t cleaned on the 3rd day. When I asked for assistance, I was attended to within reasonable time. Thanks!

Receptionist by the name of Azlin need to polish her skill on customer service. Housekeeping did not make up my room even i hang out the sign at the door since 9.00am

situated in George Town about 15 mins walk from Komtar mall /bus station and Chulia street, next to a big outdoor food court, front desk staffs are friendly and helpful, room is very basic , small size with no TV and fridge but reasonable price , good value for money, ,suit for my purpose, will stay again if visit Penang.

Hotel just average.. not much stall in the morning..room very small..u got what u paid.. just for 1 night stay ok lh..

This hotel is good for solo travelers. Overall, my stay was okay. However, the check-in experience needs improvement. I booked a room online a few days before the event, but upon arrival, the receptionist was unsure if my room was ready. I requested housekeeping in the morning, but the room was only available around 6 PM. On the plus side, check-out was smooth. As for the amenities, I think the hotel needs an upgrade for better customer convenience.

terrible, no kettle, no tv , no slipper, no toothbrush. Hotel with fan. Very disappointted. But gave us early check in at 12pm, appreciate🙏

The hotel room is clean. Check-in is easy. The place is near New World Park with many eateries. Good location.

The hotel room design simple and nice. But the room no have TV, and cup for making coffee. Location good.

Tune Hotel Penang is a simple, yet pretty nice budget hotel. From the outside I noticed that the hotel looks quite poor and needs some new painting. The reception area is spacious and modern though. The room is small and so is the double bed. I was alone, so it was great for me, for as a couple the room might feel a bit too small, I can imagine. Nice shower. AC working but not very powerful. But there was also modern ceiling fan, which was OK. Bed quite nice. Free filtered water (chilled) at the reception (at 2nd floor). Not great, but worth the cheap room rate.

The room is very clean. Strategy location too there is a lot of famous local food stall around the hotel.

All nice and location nice . But the cleanliness for the bed need to be take care . Overall ok
