Comfortable stay, convenience store and some local food/ hawker food nearby. Away from the more touristy part of Penang which was fine by us.

The room is very spacious, clean, and well-proportioned, just like a condo. There is a sofa, TV, a bar table in the middle, a refrigerator, kitchen equipment, a wet and dry bathroom, separate irons, a bedroom with a soft bed, cool air conditioning, a beautiful view, and windows all around. Right now I can't think of any disadvantages, but there are only advantages. Most of the guests are Chinese, and there is a lot of parking.

The bathroom in the suite I stayed in had a serious water leak. The water pipes in the wall were making a loud noise all the time. I couldn't sleep at all and was always woken up! No one fixed it! The hygiene was average, mainly because the water pipes were too noisy! ! ! !
