Awesome hotel to stay. I would highly recommend and will re-visit. Great location, staffs are very friendly, always smile and ready to offer help. Great facilities, swimming pool, gym, restaurant, cafe…etc. Breakfast is definitely a spotlight. So many varieties and all are very delicious.

The view was awesome overlooking the city and Penang bridge. Location of the hotel is close to some famous eateries and will definately stay here again.

Hotel is safe ss security is tjght. Strategic location and easy to move ariund with plenty of eateries.

Thé hôtel is superb. It provides everything that I need. On top of that the view us wonderful and we share the same view as E&O at a fraction of E&O’s price. I can even see the fireworks on sat 23/11 and sun 24/11 during the Penang international dragon boat Regatta from the 18th floor. So awesome

Hotel location is excellent with easy access to most popular places in Penang. Hotel service was excellent with free nutmeg water at reception especially refreshing. Even saw a rainbow from our room as seen from attached by photo.

Nice, spacious rooms with beautiful ocean view.
Very relaxing and comfortable hotel that reminds you of its splendour and glamour. Buffet spread looks alright with just RM 38 per person. Definitely a go to hotel. Can grab to George town if required at just about RM 22 per trip.

Great location, walkable to many places of interest! Service is also good. Just that the showering area has no door so water spills out quite badly.

Hotel’s location was good. Service also good. The only thing is that the rooms are showing its age. View at the high floors are great!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The check-in process was quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly, which made for a warm welcome. The room was clean and had a nice view, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is great, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. I also appreciated the option for a late check-out, which allowed me to enjoy my stay a little longer. I will definitely be back to stay again!

Very nice place, right in the centre of the Heritage part of Penang. You can walk everywhere easily. It's clean and the staff helpful.
