Awesome pace to stay. This is my 3rd times stay here. Clean and comfy room, and their staff are so friendly and provided excellent service

We loved G Hotel Gurney. Although it has been opened for years, it must have been recently renovated or upgraded, everything seemed new and clean. Location is good, next to both Gurney Plaza and Paragon. We even got some delicious cold welcome ice cream!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The service was great, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was beautiful.

A very pleasant stay. Besides has shopping mall which we like alot. Easier to go anywhere.

Most pleasantly surprised that our room was upgraded when we arrived early, at 12.30pm. Lovely reception by check-in staff, who served us mini ice cream. What a great way to start out, making our stay a happy holiday! Breakfast spread with Eggs Benedict was super! We're allowed a late check out, in time to get to the airport to catch our flight home. Will definitely come back again!

Excellent customer service. Big, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast spread. Close proximity to big shopping malls and easy access to other restaurants.

Washroom water less power....Need to do maintenance Near to shopping center

This hotel has been business travel choice when visiting Penang. Price is reasonable and location is good.

In my perspective, it is only suitable for people who want to do shopping and massage. And for business trip. The hotel breakfast consider very basic.

Service at reception & breakfast are excellent. Despite having big crowds on both morning, Ms Dayang is able to maintain her cool & gives excellent service to all guests. A gentleman (should have taken note of his name) at reception & executive lounge is very nice, polite & helpful, thank you so much. We will definitely stay at G Hotel in our next Penang trip.😊

The executive room is clean and spacious. There’s is a coffee machine in the room and free drinks in the mini fridge. Evening canopies at lounge floor has a good spread too.

It's just a few walks from the hotel lobby to gurney plaza mall. The hotel room is clean and comfortable.
