-Green to the Extreme-
This hotel should have 5 stars as they have excellent breakfast, the facility is renovated and in good shape, parking is free and common areas are well-maintained. My main problem pertains to their "Green" practice, which has been taken to an extreme level. As a "green" hotel, the lights in the room shut off completely after 30 minutes of in-room motion. Working at the desk in my room, I had the lights shut off 5 times while I was trying to work at my desk (very annoying). Secondly, all of the outlets are set to green timers so they shut-off after 30 minutes. This means that their own alarm clock doesn't work because it resets to 12 AM every 30 minutes......lol.....why is it even in the room?
Being green is one thing, penny pinching is another. If they truly wanted to save the environment, they wouldn't have a hot tub and pool (believe it or not, heating these puppies 24-7 costs far more than shutting off visitor's high efficiency LED lights and outlets. Get rid of these bologna problems and you will get five stars.
