Excellent location, very clean and fairly efficient service. Breakfast was decent too. Masks were not enforced throughout the property, unfortunately.

Environmental services are good! It is also safe to look at, check the trunk of the vehicle when you enter the door, the fence is barbed wire, it depends on the national conditions. Breakfast is very rich, and there is Chinese food, although not pure, but it seems to do my best. One thing, the hot water bottle is so broken, their national electronic equipment is not good

The room service was good and Mr. Sparsh on behalf of reception team was cordial and coordinating. We really enjoyed our stay in our rooms with prompt laundry and room service. All the queries were also answered satisfactorily.

We have organised event on friday 20th Dec 2024 at Lemon Tree Banquet. The arrangement is very nice and thanks for the support of Team of Lemon Tree -Mr Rohit and aman and special thanks to Chef Ranveer who made the food very delicious for our Guest.

Everything was perfect. Stay was comfortable, food was nice, rooms were clean. All the staff were very friendly and supportive. I will suggest everyone to book this hotel if you are planning a stay in Ghaziabad. Everything was just perfect.

Evaluation in Chinese for Chinese friends who are going to India for reference. Breakfast is suitable. Although vegetarian dishes are the main thing, at least one fish or chicken and fried eggs are available every day. It is winter in the hotel. The air conditioner has no heating. Very good in India, I used to take a bath in the morning, so there is no hot water in the evening. In the morning, there is enough hot water. The only disadvantage is that there are no disposable slippers.

The stay experience was wonderful. The staff is very cooperative and good in nature, the cleaning, housekeeping and food are also good. The overall experience is superb, i would like to recommend all to stay here and get the best experience as mentioned by me.
