Location is quite convenient for tram and walking to centre. Room and bathroom and TV size are a bit small, but they are clean. Daily room cleaning did a good job, and the receptionists are really helpful and friendly.

Excellent hotel to visit Ghent (the city center is at walking distance). The hotel is very clean and comfortable; the rooms aren't big, but they're fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff is kind. The breakfast is amazing. A very good choice in Ghent (an amazing city!).

Honestly it's the most 'fine' hotel you could hop for. Clean enough, comfy enough, staff are frilly enough... it just doenst stand out in any way for being good or bad which is probably not a bad thing. It 100% does the job and I can recommend on that basis

Perfect for our boys weekend away. It's a 15 minute walk from the city centre and has it's own private underground parking (first come, first served basis) so we could just leave the car and wander the city. Can't fault the stay - great location, friendly staff, good rooms and priced well. Would definitely stay again if we return to Gent.

Hotel ok if you’re tiny. Bathroom so tiny!!! Bar closes at half 11 but told tonight at half 10 that the bar is closed despite bar full and people asking for drinks. Guy on the desk say he’s going home. Not impressed! Looked like after many complaints from customers that they have given in and are going to supply us with a beverage.

Excellent located, ca. 10 min. on foot away from the old center. Ca. 25 min. on foot from the train station. Friendly staff, fast check-in. My room was on the 3rd floor, very quiet. A bit small, and the bathroom is already a challenge, but the shower is nice. Bed very comfortable. No coffee machine in the room, so no hot water to drink. AC worked well, actually too well, and for early April, it was a little cold. Breakfast buffet is rich and offers a lot of varieties. Hot and cold foods, all very good. Would stay here again the next time.

Totally solid hotel - polite staff, easy to check in and do things, really good for a quick one night stay as I was away on business. Typical IBIS hotel by all accounts Points to note: Maybe a little tattier than you would want and could do with a bit of a refresh!

Location is excellent. Breakfast ok. Staff nice and ready to help. Rooms small and there is no facilities like a small kettle/fridge. One big issue however was that there was no wifi. Since it was a buisness trip this was a key factor. They kept saying the technician was called but unfortunately we ended up with wifi for days.

We stayed here to explore the city and Christmas markets and deliberately chose somewhere "cheap and cheerful" as we weren't planning to spend much time there. It was perfect for us, the rooms are tiny though, so bear that in mind but it was a small compromise given how good everything else was. The team here were amazing, we spoke English as a group and they were all able to communicate with us and made every conversation a pleasure. The Bar is well stocked and there was always someone on hand to pour a beer, which was great because we took advantage of the chessboards and ended up staying there way more than we thought we would. The young Turkish girl who checked us in could not have been more helpful, we were given so much information and really felt like we knew the city before we had even stepped outdoors. It is very central to everything, and a 10 minute walk into the very heart of the town.

This is an amazing hotel! I love it! The staff on reception and in the bar just so sweet! Thanks to Nadia and Olena for everything. This is how the real service should be. Breakfast was so delicious and rooms were clean and big enough. It is brand new hotel! The location is quite nice!
