old and classic hotel. car park garage is small and very narrow. when come out from the car park garage need to be very carefull from the exit door. overall very satisfy on the location. tram station just infront of the hotel.. can be using credit card to pay and buy the tram ticket fee. easy access to town..

Nicely located close to the heart of the city, nice and friendly staff who'll give you thorough introduction of the city along with its features! Affordable and reasonable price as well, fully recommended!

Perfect hotel in Gent, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, and the Tram in front of the hotel will bring you to the center of this lovely city! Renovations are almost finished, but even with the renovations, you won't be disturbed.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea and biscuits were provided. The bathroom was bright and the staff at the counter were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the central station, but a little far from the attractions. Since we were not in a hurry, we could reach the attractions in about half an hour.

Hotel near the central train/bus station, good communication with the city center with a stop at the door. Although the hotel was under construction, they treated us very well and offered us the possibility of breakfast in the room for a modest price! We liked a lot ! And the city is incredible!

I came to Europe for 15 days, and this hotel is the worst. The room is facing west but has no air conditioning. You can open the window, but the traffic downstairs is very noisy. It can only be quiet after 1 o'clock in the evening. There are people talking downstairs very early in the morning. All facilities are extremely simple. There is no phone in the room. If you need service, you have to use your own mobile phone to call the front desk, which is like making an international long-distance call for me.
