Great hotel in a great location! I was situated in the front of the hotel facing the street with beautiful views of Gent’s skyline. Lots of cafes and restaurants just downstairs and in walking distance. There was also a lot of great shopping nearby. Standard retail that you could find in most cities and also interesting shops with handmade and unique products. Also walking distance to all the sights you want to see. Although the room is small, it was comfy.

Highly accessible location

It is a great hotel, but it can be a better one if it hire quality staff. The front desk staff ( chubby guy with a glasses ) is a bit rude, throwing my passport to the desk after confirming the details. That’s make me wonder whether Belgians are in general that unfriendly, especially unfriendly to asian like me?

In overall a cozy hotel in very good location, the room was a bit small, very simple - no safe, no kettle, no minibar. Price was not cheap. Would recommend for 1-2 nights in bussines travel.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes away from all the attractions in Ghent. The room facilities are average, but the hygiene and layout are good. The breakfast is average.

The hotel is in a good location. You can go shopping when you go out. It is quite lively. It is also close to the attractions, and it takes 10 minutes to walk. The sanitation is very clean. As soon as you enter the door, you feel that everything is clean. The room is of moderate size. The bathroom is quite simple. There is no kettle. If you want to drink water, you have to go to the water dispenser in the lobby or buy it yourself. The surrounding area is very quiet at night. The window of the room you live in is not across the street, so it will not be noisy. The whole city of Ghent does not feel that noisy, but very comfortable. The breakfast is simple but enough. When you go out to play, you can store your luggage in a special luggage storage cabinet. The fee is based on the size of the luggage and the storage time. I didn't choose carefully, and ended up storing an extra-large cabinet for my small suitcase. . I feel sorry for the money. I am very satisfied with the hotel as a whole. It is very suitable for me to stay when I travel to Ghent without much money!

Great location, good breakfast, comfortable beds

We rawen very happy with the hotel. Location was excellent, rooms clean and tidy and the staff helpful. I would stay here in the future.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to major attractions. There are also many tram stops nearby, and there are also quite a few commercial online stores. The only dissatisfaction is: I booked a double room, but it only has one large bed, which is a bit embarrassing😳 In addition, the hotel charges extra for luggage storage (there is a dedicated luggage room), which is completely different from that in China. Breakfast was relatively simple. After eating it once, I changed to eat at a nearby shop.

The location is very good, right on the street in the city center, very close to all major city walks and check-in points, and a five-minute walk from the bell tower and church attractions.
