We hebben 1 nacht in dit hotel verbleven met een doorreis door Tunesie, we kwamen 's avonds toe en we konden nog gebruik maken van het zalige zwembad, heel lekker en uitgebreid gegeten en lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt gehad. Goede, propere kamer, heel goede matras en goedwerkende airco.

This is a good place to stay if you are looking for one night near the Tunisian desert. It is not the most modern place, but everything works and the buffet, whilst typically Tunisian was fine. The only disaster was the spa but part of that was down to it being Ramadan.

Let me start by saying that we stayed in this hotel in February, as a stop on a tour throughout Tunisia. As we remembered, the hotel is in a good location a few hours from the mountain oases and troglodyte houses. The imposing entrance is well cared for and the outdoor swimming pool has been modernised. The rooms have a 90s style but overall nice. I remember that we are still in Tunisia and Italian standards are different, but I must say that they are very close to ours. Unfortunately it was just us and one other couple and so breakfast and dinner were served at the table and not as a buffet, but both were very good. We were disappointed about the thermal pool (pool for which we chose this hotel instead of others always there in the area) during the period of low attendance it is closed and therefore it would be necessary to communicate this in order to allow an informed choice regarding the services offered.

When we arrive, the receptionist gives us the key, we go up and find the room extremely dirty, the furniture covered with sheets which proves that the room is not usable, we ask for a clean room and the valet gets angry and we are above at the reception, I salute the effort of the manager but it is not a drink that will satisfy us.

No way I's this 4 star or 3, bits falling off here there and everywhere..the staff where great, the drinks where to, the food,well not much choice, the rooms clean beds and sheets...so if you want to crash, it's fine. Never left the hotel, and struggled to sleep Sorry but its the truth

So to begin with we were kindly welcomed at breakfast, it was pretty good but the problem is not there, the problem is the rooms. In our room water was falling from the ceiling and the parking lot was armored so we had to park in the parking lot behind
