Everything about this motel was in dire need of deep cleaning, repair, updating, and general maintenance. The lobby was unappealing as it had a propped open inner door, a wall phone with hand-written instructions in black Sharpie, also on the wall, to notify the manager that you were at the desk, and a duct taped plexiglass COVID separator on the actual desk. After checking in, we parked and walked outside to the back entrance to find our room. The outside was dilapidated as well with overgrown weeds, 8 lined-up glass beer bottles next to the building, a broken bench, broken air units, and a rear entry door that did not lock. There was no security as anyone could have entered the motel at any time of day or night. Our room smelled like mildew, the carpet was filthy, there were unknown stains on the walls and the bed covering, the dresser drawer contained a beer bottle cap and trash, and the dresser top of it had 10 bored holes through it. We had reservations for three, but there were only 2 sets of towels and a single bar of soap. Breakfast was a joke with an open gallon jug of milk, dry cereal, waffle mix, some yogurt, 2 apples, stale bagels, miniature muffins., and juice / coffee machines. Even the trash can was dirty and had a broken lid. The front desk was often unmanned even at breakfast. The single downstairs hallway had a coin operated washer and dryer and two aged chairs. How this establishment is affiliated with Wyndham is puzzling. Wyndham needs to give this place a surprise visit, or better yet, they should book a reservation and experience the place themselves.
