Arrived at the hotel at 16:00 after sightseeing, the lobby was full of people waiting for the reception, and I couldn't be guided at the entrance, so I searched for the staff on this side and told him that I wanted to accept it. Then, I was given a number tag saying, ”We accept it in order, so please wait with this number.” .. When 50 minutes have passed, I look for the staff again and check how long it will take, and he said, ”I can't understand the time. It takes time to confirm because there is a confirmation of the coupon.” Change the question and I ”How long are there waiting?” Staff ”Please wait .. There are 9 more groups in front of you.” I ”How long is it taking for one group?” Staff ”About 15 minutes” Me ”Does it take more than 90 minutes !?” (I don't have a calculation (; ^_^) Staff ”Yes” I'm surprised and can't speak. .. I've already waited for 50 minutes, but more than 90 minutes? ?? ?? I know I can definitely wait for more than 30 minutes If so, there may be a way to guide you in advance, or to leave your luggage first and put it in a hot spring or pool ... I was angry at this response from the first day. Also two months ago Despite his appointment, he said, ”I upgraded to a room above one for free because it will be a very popular room.” I thanked you, but when I went to the room The door is half open? I can hear people's voices from inside. I was surprised to see the cleaner 々. Isn't it an upgrade or a staff reception mistake? I was convinced. The view is not good if it is a family room. I would like to review the system at check-in and review the education of the staff.

Very good location ! Within American Village! Many choices for restaurants, shops etc ! Comfortable beds ! Clean hotel ! Nice amenities! Recommended!

The location was in the perfect spot, close to shopping, restaurants and the water. The amenities were great, but just be prepared to pay to gain access to the pool it is not part of the package. The food and the cost of breakfast were the only downfalls. Otherwise, this was an awesome first experience in Okinawa! Loved it!

The name itself ”Music Koza” was first what attracted my daughter to recommend and suggest it. As a 1st time visitor to Okinawa, we did not do much research and chose a hotel in the ”middle” of the island. We thought being in the middle, we can move to any sigh-seeing spots conveniently =) Its an advantage that there's an express bus that stops quite near the hotel...but its still almost a distance to the hotel...and up a slope! Its less than a km straight but you really have to struggle if you have heavy luggages. First to climb up a flight of steps from the bus stop and then walking up the slope. As a location, it's near bus stops to major sites and have restaurants and convenience stores like 7-11, Family Mart within walking distance. The only advantage is it's nearer to the American Village, as compared to Naha town but that's about it. The hotel is self check in, no one will be at the lobby to welcome you or to wave you good bye. all instructions sent to you by email and its quite easy to follow as there were english instructions. We stayed 3 nights and 6 towels were given in the room...as shared above, you can call no one during your stay. But the room is spacious by Tokyo, Japan standard and the in room wall-mounted TV was H-U-G-E!....biggest I have seen in any of my travels. Its a luxury...only if you stay in the room for Netflix whole day...else its just a white elephant. (see photo) We tried to cancel and asked for partial refund after we realised we are better off in the city, but unfortunately we could not. So, stay here IF you have any business or interests nearby, else you are better off with a hotel in Naha city.

It was a new hotel, so it was very clean and nice. The location was also good as it was close to American Village and Aeon Mall Rycom. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was tasty enough. Overall, it was a good value hotel.

I stayed for 4 nights for business use. The room was equipped with facilities that could be used for long-term stays such as washing machines and cooking utensils. It was helpful that the bathroom drying was also installed. It is very convenient because there were plenty of restaurants behind the hotel. There is also a parking lot, but it is recommended to make a reservation in advance because there are limited numbers. (¥ 800/1day) There is also a shared cycle stand in front of the hotel, so you can easily access the beach.

コンベンションセンターでのライブに参加するために宿泊しました。会場まで徒歩5分と好立地ですし、飲食店、スーパー、コンビニ等どこに行くにも便利のよいホテルでした。 アメニティも必要最低限なものは全て揃っているし、冷蔵庫の効きが少し悪い(勝手にスイッチが切れていることが何度かあった)ことを除けば大満足です。また是非利用したいと思います。 朝食のパンの種類が思った以上にたくさんあって選ぶのが楽しかったです！

the place is not very convenient, however, if you're driving, it wouldn't be a big issue. There's a convenience store on the ground floor but it closes very early. They're charging 1500 yen per day for parking the reception is located on the 9/F and the check-in is over the machine by scanning the travel documents. The view is very nice and the room is pretty clean but i wouldn't say that it's kids friendly or really suitable for family trip with young kids

I stayed because it was close to my wife's parents' house. He is a valuable presence in Yonabara, where there are almost no hotels. The beds are a little cheap, but there are all kinds of home appliances and gas dryers. The bath is about the size of a general home, so I'm not particularly dissatisfied. The sea is close and the view from the room is beautiful. Super convenience stores are also nearby and convenient. Southern ～ It looks good to be a tourist base in the central part. 1F The parking lot is a little small because it is only light. By the way, kitchen utensils are rented for a fee.

Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !
