This hotel is in a good location, about a 5-10 minute walk from the old part of Girona. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. However, it is the staff who make this hotel really stand out. We arrived at around 1am to a warm welcome, and everyone we have met or dealt with at the hotel has gone out of their way to help us. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

We chose this hotel for a one-night stay because it was easily accessible from the airport. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The location was great, with plenty of dining options nearby. It’s a place where you could easily stay longer. The only downside for us was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. It would have been nice to have cold drinks available, especially during the summer.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was at nearby cafe, fresh orange juice, coffee, 2 croissants and fruit or yoghurt. We were able to walk to old town to see sights, also 5 mins walk to train and bus station. Would return.

I needed somewhere that was reasonably priced and close to the old part of town. Bestprice Girona fitted the bill perfectly. It was convenient for sightseeing and for bars and restaurants. It was also spotlessly clean and close to public transport hubs.

Good experience overall. Room size is perfect for a solo traveler, bed was very comfy, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect! A bit overpriced in my opinion, but I also booked last minute. Breakfast was also a bit overpriced for what it is, but it was at a local cafe which was a neat experience! Overall a pretty average hotel but a positive experience.

Last minute trip so options were limited when booking but pleased with the choice. Room was comfortable but the air conditioning didn’t seem to work but it was not a big deal as it was cool enough anyway. Bathroom was fine but the shower would leak on to the floor. Breakfast was at a local cafe just a minute walk along the road and was pretty good. The coffee there was very good on both days. You also had a choice of sandwiches or pastries. Overall a good stay and would come back again if I’m Girona.

Centrally located, my 4 days stay at Bestprice in Girona was very comfortable. I had just come from a villa located in the countryside which was picturesque with a swimming pool. Unfortunately I was eaten alive by mosquitos each night which gave me almost no sleep. The receptionist must have seen my fatigue. I received a large airy room with a good bathroom, clean towels. It had no frills ie no tea/coffee or fridge ( drinks available to buy at reception) but I was very happy with the hotel's customer service and my room including the ultra comfortable bed which gave me quality sleep. I found all the young receptionists very welcoming and helpful. Located within walking distance of both the train/bus station as well as the touristy Plaza I dependenzia, I'd strongly recommend it both for location, pricing, cleanliness and great customer service.
