優缺點都非常突出
先説優點：1.價格優勢明顯，在英國找到一家一晚不到800的連鎖酒店不太容易；2.在格拉斯哥區位非常好，離兩個車站和購物中心都非常近。3.房間夠大。
按説有以上三個優點，沒理由再要啥自行車了，但是缺點突出的也實在讓人不得不吐槽，衞生真的不行！淋浴下水口被各種頭髮一類東西堵到下水很慢，地板感覺很黏，床單被罩肉眼可見不太乾淨。。。

- I had paid 3 days breakfast charges for 2 persons when booked this hotel in Trip.com but hotel claimed that only one person breakfast was valid as per the record sent from Trip.com
- I showed them my booking record with 2 breakfasts in my mobile phone but they insisted me to pay one person breakfast in extra
- If they thought the record was not correct, they should contact to Trip.com and resolve the problem
- this issue is annoying to me and my friends

The position is central and close to everything, the staff was wonderful. I forgot my valuables in the security box and they were so helpful and supportive with retrieving it and keeping it for me. Many many thanks!

Location is good. 5-10min to train and bus station, near restaurants n shopping area. Cleanliness just ok. No kettle, no amenities in room. Will only provide house keeping if stay over 3 days.
