My wife stayed here & i just thought I’d check reviews to see if anyone else had the same experience she had.
To my surprise, another guest did!
Booked a room - paid in full - & when my wife arrived to check in they said she booked two rooms & the balance of the second room had to be paid in full before she got the keys to the room already paid for!
No second room had been booked!
My wife was over visiting her sick father at Christmas & had no other choice but to pay it. My wife showed emails - rang ‘*******’ which was apparently the provider it was booked with & even got the confirmation that nothing had been booked whatsoever- showed staff the proof - & was still given no other option than to pay. The entire stay she wasn’t even given the keys to the second room.
My wife was extremely upset & felt ambushed in an already tough situation , about to see her father for the first time in a care facility.
Absolutely awful.
