Vou ser bem sincero, propaganda enganosa, fotos enganosas, quem quiser se hospedar aqui não venha. Chuveiro não tem água quente, elevadores não funcionam, um dos elevadores parece filme de terror, porta dos quartos parecem que foram arrombados, salgadinho de salsicha parece de dias atrás, tv nem pra ter canais que prestam. Ahhh, barata no elevador que fica no fundo do hotel parecendo de cargas e para ir ao 5º somente esse ou pega o outro e vai até o 6º e desce as escadas. Estacionamento fica aberto, perigo de roubo muito maior

Passamos somente uma noite no hotel, por isso nos atendeu. Para mais dias, não recomendamos. Achamos a estrutura do hotel bastante antiga, desde a mobília até roupas de cama e banho. Nossa diária incluía café da manhã e dado o preço que pagamos (R$ 138,00) estava bom.

Infelizmente, minha estadia no Hotel Biss Inn foi muito decepcionante. As fotos apresentadas nos sites são totalmente enganosas; enquanto as imagens mostram um lugar bonito e bem cuidado, a realidade é bem diferente. O quarto estava sujo, com um forte mau cheiro, toalhas velhas, e um café da manhã onde o pão estava duro e velho. As fechaduras dos quartos eram antigas e quebradas, o que aumentou minha preocupação, ainda mais ao saber que o hotel não se responsabiliza por itens furtados nos quartos. Essa foi, sem dúvida, uma das piores experiências que já tive em um hotel. Espero que a administração tome providências para melhorar a qualidade do serviço. Para quem está planejando uma viagem a Goiânia, recomendo que considerem outras opções de hospedagem. Estou voltando para a cidade essa semana, mas certamente não me hospedarei no Biss Inn novamente.

Pontos fortes: chuveiro forte; camas confortáveis e espaçosas; lençóis limpos; ar condicionado bom; café da manhã bem variado, com bastante opções; atendimento muito cordial dos funcionários. Pontos fracos: cheiro de mofo nos quartos e no salão do café da manhã. Há sinais de que o quarto foi recém-reformado - pisos novos, mas o teto está com pintura rachada; teto do banheiro com sinais de mofo tb. Armários antigos, que precisam de pintura; maçanetas frouxas. Enfim, há sinais de descuido.
