If I could give the Quality Inn Colonial, Bendigo zero stars I would. The place is old I can forgive that. I cannot forgive filthy. I changed rooms after a late check in to my first room. I was charged a cleaning fee of $30. These are photos of the second room on check in. Pictures speak a thousand words. I advised the concierge member at the front desk of the condition of the room and was replied to with “I will let the manager know” nothing was done or offered to resolve the condition of the room. The room was $190 a night

Clean and serviceable. Pool and hot tub were good to have access to - no sauna when we were there. Bit of a drive to the city centre, and a bit outdated. Our room had 4 dining chairs but no table. The bathroom sink was near the kitchenette area. Needless to say we didn't use it. Beds were very comfortable and warm and we slept well, which was the most important thing. Overall an ok average stay, but happy we were comfortable.

Stayed 1night to go to the theatre, very easy to drive into town, our room number 11 looks like it has been recently updated/renovated as it was spotless, we had a great nights sleep as there wasn’t any noise and a very comfortable bed
