很晚才趕到，第一個房間插入房卡怎麼燈都不亮。説找服務員換一個房間吧，上來一個服務員插來插去卡也亮，又下去換。叫上來一個，插呀插呀，燈亮了，然後呵斥我們插的不對。還説，燈不亮的原因是我們沒開燈！你覺得是你傻還是我傻？我説就算你能插亮，那之前那個服務員也試了也沒插亮啊。是接觸的問題，我總不能出來回來每次插5分鐘找角度吧。自己有問題不承認不解決，怪顧客麼？雖然後來換了一個房間，搞得我很沒心情。
