This a new hotel, good location, great breakfast selection and quick and friendly check in at reception especially the Xiao Wang, Xiaosun and Xiao Zhang  gives a helpful and detailed  how to tour Qinghai.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding location, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, staff was very accommodating.

Qing Hai Lake is beautiful, even when it's frozen in the winter. Room service was timely and the breakfast was fresh & healthy served with a cup of frothy warm milk. The best view was over the lake right after sunrise.

The service, management of the hotel was awesome. We welcomed by warmed reception team. They arrange nice room with lake view which makes us crazy:) The lobby bar and the staffs are very good. The location of the hotel is also great If you have car:) However the only part which we did not like is the management of the restaurant. We decided to have dinner at hotel’s restaurant for the 1st night but th foods are very expensive, service is very slow. Its totally different atmosphere and feeling compare with rest of the hotel complex. But we still enjoy very much and planning to come again…

Great location, overlooking Qinghai lake, just minutes from the harbor.

Worst experience ever during my stay I originally booked this hotel so I could see Qinghai Lake, but it rained and I couldn’t see the scenery, which made me a lot of trouble. 1️⃣A certain group booked a hotel, but it was said that there was no cooperation (but the room type of a certain group's hotel is still listed for sale, why are you listing it if we don't cooperate? I booked the room half a month in advance), so we were asked to cancel the reservation from Ctrip. Fortunately we still have a room, otherwise we would have to look for other hotels in the middle of the night 2️⃣The room arrangement was unreasonable. The room given to us was already occupied. In the end, the hotel changed the room type for us. However, during our stay, there were two other guests who had wrong room arrangements and swiped their cards to check into this room. Once in the middle of the night and once again. In the morning (I fell asleep in the middle of the night and someone else just swiped the card to open the door and came in. What if someone with bad intentions comes in and something bad happens? The experience is quite bad) 3️⃣The door does not close tightly and cannot be opened at the back. When I left the room to have breakfast, I found that the door could still be pushed open after closing (I don’t know the reason, but I intuitively feel that the safety of personal and property is not guaranteed). After using up After entering the room for breakfast, the room card could not be opened. Finally, we called the hotel to open the door for us (the door could not be closed and the door could not be opened, which was quite speechless). 4️⃣The hotel didn’t have enough parking space and the staff asked us to park in the passage. When we checked out, we went to drive and saw that the car had a pit. When checking the hotel’s surveillance camera, it was blocked by the bus. The surveillance camera couldn’t detect it. So big hotels are reluctant to install more cameras. How many? And if there is a parking space, you won't be scratched. As a result, the vehicle responsible for the accident could not be found. The hotel was not willing to take responsibility. The handling method was confusing. In the end, the police were called... After calling the police, our car was blocked by a bus. We adjusted other surveillance systems, but we couldn't see if any cars were stopping at our place. It was dark before 6 a.m., and we couldn't see if anyone was stopping. The police said it didn't look like that. Got hit by a car, that's too bad For a hotel that costs more than 800 yuan, you might as well stay in one that costs 300 or 400 yuan. Overall, it’s just a bummer.

The hotel is located on the bank of Qinghai Lake, on a hillside, with a beautiful environment. The endless lake surface from the balcony makes people feel relaxed and happy. At night, you can see the sky full of stars, the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The rooms are well-equipped and clean. The only drawback is the heating. The water is too slow and it takes a long time to drain the water, which is a waste of resources... Generally speaking, when visiting Qinghai Lake, staying at the Lake View Hotel is good and worth coming back.

The hotel is located on the mountain opposite the entrance of Qinghai Lake Scenic Area. From the window of the hotel room, you can overlook Qinghai Lake without any sight obstruction. I rarely write reviews for hotels. The reason for writing reviews for this hotel is that I experienced the most frightening night in my life and met the kindest people here. Before checking in to the hotel, we drove to Chaka Salt Lake by ourselves, passing through the snow-capped mountains. I was excited and wandered around the snow-capped mountains in single clothes for a long time. As a result, I found myself on the way back to the hotel. I didn't feel particularly uncomfortable at first, until about 11:50 in the evening, I began to feel panic and shortness of breath. I was very helpless and my family was at a loss. So I called the hotel front desk. Manager Fang, the manager on duty that night, helped me contact the nearest hospital clinic. While waiting for 120, she kept pushing my back to smooth my breath and preparing hot water for me. She was worried that I would catch a cold again when I went out and aggravate my condition. She gave me her down jacket and accompanied me to the hospital in single clothes for various examinations and oxygen delivery. She waited until around 4 a.m., when my indicators were better, and then she accompanied me back to the hotel. For more than four hours, I experienced unprecedented fear, and she stayed by my side to comfort me. When I left the hotel the next day, I specifically asked for her phone number and name. I wanted to thank her for giving me the greatest help and warmth when I was most scared. The night at Qinghai Lake was very cold, but I really met the little sun that night. Facilities: The room has a central oxygen supply system, which is not as noisy as an oxygen concentrator, and also has a humidifier. The windows are not tightly closed, which is a little flawed. Environment: The environment is excellent, and Qinghai Lake is outside the window

The hotel hardware is very good, it is the first choice for staying in Qinghai Lake. But maybe it is understaffed, there is no service at all, I waited for more than an hour for two bottles of mineral water. The guy at the front desk immediately opened the invoice. I saw someone commented that oxygen is provided, but now it is not provided, 50 per bottle. The most disgusting thing is the hygiene, there is dirt on the toilet, cigarette butts in the bathroom...

The hotel is in an excellent location, with mountains behind and water in front, overlooking Qinghai Lake. There happened to be a small game in the hotel lobby, and the child won two tickets to Qinghai Lake

The standard room with lake view is very good. You can see the beautiful Qinghai Lake when you wake up in the morning. It was my first time to visit Qinghai Lake, and I thought that the accommodation should not be too bad. This is the best hotel in Qinghai Lake. The location is very good, just opposite the Erlangjian Scenic Area. The weather was not very good on the day of arrival, and the hotel was very crowded, but I still upgraded the room type. I can see the whole picture of Qinghai Lake. There was also a bonfire party in the evening, which was very lively. I felt the enthusiasm of ******* compatriots. We asked if we could get a room on a higher floor with a better lake view, and the front desk replied that the room was fully booked, otherwise they could upgrade us. But then we saw information about the room available on Baidu Maps.
