前台態度老差！！！！問能不能借用一下房卡直接甩臉色就差沒吼、然後就是熱水 説了好幾遍沒有熱水也沒給我弄、 最後就是我明明在網上續房會更便宜但前台非要我線下付咱樣不知道為什麼

我真的沒住過這麼拉垮的酒店 因為本人愛睡懶覺 白天睡覺 服務員使勁敲門 問我是不是換房 我換不換房前台不知道嗎 我還沒退房我出去吃個飯回來給我東西也收拾走了 第一次見收拾房間拿客户東西的 晚上隔壁酒吧 快給人振死了 國家法律規定所有酒吧KTV兩點過後必須關音樂 三點多了還在唱 好在警察蜀黍 出警速度快 報警後五分鐘就來了 音樂很快也就關了 希望酒店能改善這個問題 多按點隔音效果的板子或者隔音棉
