Good hotel, good service and nice price.but actually it is located in corner of the town. balloon price that reception tell you will?be higher than agent in town centre,that is everything I want to say. generally, good hotel.

The room was as advertised. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My friend and I went on an ATV tour after check out. The hotel staff provided us towels and kindly allowed us to use the shower rooms after check out. They also kindly helped us book transport for travelling. Breakfast is buffet style with lots of options and the panoramic view was breathtaking.

Great Hotel, have both old and modern stay options. We chose the latter. Everything was fine and breakfast was amazing. If I get a chance, I will stay again at this hotel.

the balcony is a good view for hot air balloon. And the staff can help order various tour for guests.

We liked our stay in Osmali. The staff was really helpful and nice. The room was great, spacious and clean. They also offer a buffet breakfast with many options. Their restaurant is on the rooftop, so you can enjoy breakfast while watching the ballon. Bonus: If you like dogs, three cute and chill dogs belong to this property that you can pet.

Great hotel in Cappadocia, especially for the tourists (as we students) who were a bit tired of those cave hotel thang:) The view is amazing from the roof, room is modern and clean. luv it

It was a good memories we had at Cappadocia which is a bit credit goes to Osmanali Cappadocia Hotel as well. Even though we couldn't enjoy balloon ride due to weather, the over all experience was memoriable. The hotel was helpful from the beginning of our journey, the reception staff spoke well English, really helpful staff overall, cute dogs, pool by the side. See you next time
