The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing. The hosts are really welcoming. Being vegetarians it’s difficult to find good options for food but they treated us with lots of amazing vegetarian breakfast dishes which made us feel home.

Good location, right in the center of Goreme. Breakfast was also good. However, property needs to be renovated. Everything looks old and worn out. One thing I also disliked in the room we stayed at is that the toilet bowl was high! Maybe for short people, stay away.

The hotel is amazing, especially the owner and his staff are very cooperative, friendly and helpful. The turkish breakfast in the hotel was amazing.

It's old-fashioned and the theme is certain. Giving coziness, surrounding restaurants and It was nice to have an office right next door where you can book a Volun tour. There are no special auxiliary facilities, but basic wireless Internet and breakfast facilities are provided. above average Just be careful not to let the cat enter the room. The best

The hotel is close to town and restaurants. The staff are efficient and friendly. The owners, though, make this hotel a shining example of traditional hospitality. Deniz is the lifeblood and makes everyone feel welcome and special. The breakfast is generous and high quality, with lots of variety to appeal to all palates. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Our genuine cave room (not stone room) here had an unpleasant plumbing smell that we reported (though, it seems that nothing could be done). Unfortunately, part of the experience. Close to the action for getting up early to watch the balloons. Balloon prices through the hotel were much less than other agents. Very affordable, with top quality hospitality and food, in a well maintained premises that was comfortable and in a good location. What’s not to like…

We were warmly welcomed at reception and this set the tone for our whole stay. My husband and I stayed in a stone room and my brother and his wife stayed in a cave room. From our room we could open the curtains and see the balloons in the morning! The beds were comfortable and we appreciated that there was a hairdryer and a place to hang our clothes. The breakfast was delicious and had different extras each day. Lisa and Deniz were friendly and very helpful. The location was great; close to restaurants and sights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely return.

Excellent stay, Deniz, Lisa and their entire staff are wonderful, personable, helpful with recommendations for restaurants, booking tours and all around making sure you enjoy Goreme. Excellent stay at Adelya. Hotel is an easy walk from the bus station. Our room was great and breakfasts awesome. Lisa and Deniz were wonderful to deal with and communication prior to our stay to book our tours was good.Highly recommend.

Our room was exactly what I envisioned when I heard about the cave hotels. It had a beautiful view, a painting on the wall, cozy, and a great location. Furkan and Deniz were amazing hosts. They helped us get transportation to and from the airport and helped us book 2 amazing tours. The breakfast was delicious, freshly made and varied every day. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Worth the money!

Five is not enough stars for this special place! This amazing find is by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and my spouse and I will certainly be recommending to all our friends! The location is perfect for getting to all the best sites in Cappadocia. It’s super walkable to great restaurants, cafes, and the sunrise/sunset view points as well. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and at home. They arranged shuttles to and from the airport and hooked us up with the best recommendations for wonderful and affordable tours in town (re: hot air balloon, ATVs, tours, hikes, etc.!). Also, THE FOOD! The breakfast was the best way to start the day. Every day was different and consistently delicious. Not to mention, the staff and owner Deniz all greeted us each morning and made us feel welcomed and at home. The cave room was super clean, and comfortable and perfect for what we needed as well. Cannot recommend highly enough!

This is the best place to stay in Göreme. Best view, amazing rooms, clean hotel. The owner, Mr. Deniz, is an extremely friendly and helpful man. He makes the best Turkish breakfast. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming.

We have just spent 3 weeks in Turkey staying in 7 different hotels & Adelya Hotel was the stand out. The cave room that we stayed in was comfortable & well appointed. The daily changing breakfasts were healthy & generous. The hotel is centrally located. The terrace where we ate breakfast was a great spot to watch the balloons & or to sit with a cup of tea & chat to fellow travellers. Their concierge service was excellent & the various activities we booked all went smoothly & were of a great standard. But what really made this hotel a stand out for us were the staff. Deniz & the boys were so welcoming & the hospitality was real & came from the heart. We would return here without hesitation. PS. Sorry Deniz but the real reason we’d return is to hang out with your cat Harley.

Lisa and Deniz were both very friendly and welcoming. Lisa gave us plenty of information and it was easy to book activities through her. Deniz even went out of his way to make us breakfast early in the morning, on the day of our departure. Thank you!
