The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The room is spacious and clean, with heating, air conditioning, and separate wet and dry bathrooms. It was a very cozy accommodation, so we extended our stay for another two days. There is a bakery nearby, a supermarket not far away, and just a few minutes' walk from the central bus station.

Nice little hotel in a central location. The breakfast was delicious.

So are many reviews on Ctrip all lies?

It was clean and nice. I would like to come back again.

An amazing hotel. We had a huge roof terrace and a jacuzzi. The staff are incredibly helpful. The breakfast was the best we’d had in Goreme, with a huge selection of food. Also the roof terrace was great for seeing the balloons! Thank you Fatmanur for making our stay so memorable 😁

We stayed in this property room 203 on 8 September 2022 for what was supposed to be 2 nights. When we checked in we already had some problem communicating because the reception doesn’t really speak English. The nightmare started in the evening when we got back to our room, I stepped on a needle-shape stone found on the carpet. Then we filled up the jacuzzi water and started the massage jet. In less than 5 minutes, the jet stopped working and the side of the tub exploded! We had a whole flood in the bathroom (see videos below) The night shift guys came and cleaned the water and sprayed some kind of glue which stinks like some kind of poison ☠️ to the broken pipe. The whole night the smell ******* us… In the morning, we met the staff/manager at the breakfast but they didn’t even come to ask anything about the tub at all. While having breakfast right next to us lol After breakfast we went downstairs to ask if there is anything they can do to make up for the experience of the tub. The reception lady’s English is bad but her attitude is the WORST! She said all they can do is give us 1/4 of our money back and “they’re gonna call someone to fix it” after going back and forth. The owner is here. He acted very nice in the beginning, until I told him we want full refund for the night. He refused and used the “ I don’t speak English” card and told us he’ll give us a full refund but get the f out of his place 😬 after we were willing to meet half way if he was willing to compensate for the first night. And now I’m reading the reviews of this property, I realised the bad smell which a lot of reviews mentioned about the jacuzzi is the GLUE SPRAY! I’m no FBI but I’m pretty sure that “ we’ll call someone to fix it” has been a lie for whatever how old this hotel is! They never fixed it properly, we just happened to be unlucky enough to witness the whole process of the broken pipe! Ultimately, we wouldn’t have minded if there was even a shred of accountability, care, and consideration for this issue. What was surprising was the complete lack of shame from the owner to the point where he even told me feel free to leave a bad review. So here I am, “My friend” (which he kept using). I doubt most people, especially in hospitality industry treat their friends like this. Thank you for spending the time to read this far, if you still wanna book this place. 1. Everything about my stay here was perfect from the moment I checked-in to the moment I checked-out. My room was clean, big, bright, and it contained everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Since I mostly travel & work at the same time I'd like to mention that Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there was also a big table that could be easily transformed into a work desk (which was very important for me). The air-conditioner makes zero noise which means you can easily use it at any hour to maintain comfortable temperature in your room. The water was available 24/7, and the water pressure was perfect. They serve a delicious home-made breakfast on a top terrace with a huge variety of dishes to choose from. Aside from the breakfast terrace, this hotel actually has a couple of separate public rest areas which means it mostly does not get crowded and you can enjoy a breathtaking view in peace :) I also specifically liked how workers were never really intrusive about your private space but at the same time you could easily find anyone within a matter of seconds if you needed some assistance, advice, or help. They also spoke good English, and overall I always felt like they did their best to provide excellent customer experience. For example, they would always offer you some additional dishes to try for breakfast, help carry your luggage and so on. Small but very important gestures :) Location is perfect as the hotel is situated close to the residential area rather than a crowded city center which means you can rest and relaxed throughout your stay but still easily reach the city center in 5 minutes :) I highly recommend this place for both short-term and long-term stay.

This hotel is truly amazing, it has a great location, totally central, with luxurious and spacious rooms. A very friendly, human and charming service. The food is deliciously good. I really can't describe anything else, I can only advise you to check it out for yourself and enjoy a good stay and adventure in Goreme.

My wife and I chose Cakiltasi Evi to relax and enjoy Cappadocia. We are glad we chose it, first of all, the location is great. It is a small boutique hotel in a central location in Goreme, where you can reach everywhere within walking distance. We stayed in room 104, which had no view or even windows, but it was designed so spacious that we were not overwhelmed at all. When we open the door, you go out to the courtyard, there are seating areas and it is airy. Our room was quite spacious, the furnishings were spotlessly clean, towels, sheets and bathroom facilities were clean. Having a jacuzzi and sauna is an incredible plus. Perfect to relieve the tiredness of the day. The bathroom is as big as the room. The breakfast is open buffet, it has whatever you want, it is more than a 5-star hotel breakfast, nothing less. Thank you for your efforts. It was a great pleasure to wake up early in the morning and watch the balloons from the hotel terrace. The only minus is that you cannot find anything for dinner at the hotel. You definitely need to eat outside, but they are also within walking distance. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend it.

Posto molto pulito, personale davvero disponibile, gentile ed educato. Vista incredibile dal terrazzo su tutta la città di Goreme e le valli vicine. Le camere sono ampie e a tema con il luogo in oltre nella nostra era disponibile il bagno turco dentro la stanza.
