Facilities: Very old and shabby. I made the reservation after I was mentally prepared and studied the room type clearly. But the shower water switched back and forth between 80 degrees for 2 seconds and 10 degrees for 2 seconds.
Hygiene: See the video in Figure 1. When I saw the bugs, I immediately changed into the disposable bedding I brought. The good times didn't last long. I got up in the early morning to take pictures of hot air balloons. I saw something unusual in the room. I turned on the light and saw a cat lying on the bed sheet I changed. I was startled. I thought that I might have opened a little window for ventilation before going to bed. But this cat was very well behaved. I left at that time and didn't drive it away. When I came back and saw it lying on my bed, I wanted to drive it away, but it turned the tables and thought this was its territory, and its hair stood up.
Service: The poker-faced waiter in Figure 2 is the real reason that motivated me to write a bad review. Best cave hotel in Gerome, beautiful room with huge space , and free access to balcony of Sultan suites for hot air balloon photography.
Special shoutout to staff Alp , he gave us a tour of the hotel and room and gave us the most needed help when I had ankle injury from hot air balloon ride.

By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about Cappadocia, they gave me all the information I needed to know including the tours. They also offer the best breakfast with a variety of options.
