Generally it is a good hotel. The only complaint is no ventilation in the room and felt damp in the room.

Our experience here was nothing short of amazing! I highly, highly recommend you stay here. Not only was it affordable, but it is absolutely stunningly beautiful. The upper levels with the restaurant and bar have amazing views, and our standard cave suite was large, comfortable, and so unique. The staff here are all incredible and very service oriented. They were very helpful in arranging our transfers, balloon ride, the Red tour, and giving us all kinds of advice on where to eat in town. I recommend this hotel 1000%.

Highly recommend this property if you're planning to stay in Goreme, Cappadocia! The staff is really nice, the rooms are good, and the bar experience is beautiful.

The room looks clean. There is music on the terrace in the evening. It is recommended that you go early to grab a seat. It feels very chill to overlook the whole town at sunset. The service awareness of the male waiter in the restaurant is average. He saw us carrying luggage and pretended not to see it. The male waiter at the check-in counter was quite polite. The price of more than 1,000 yuan is reasonable, mainly because it looks clean and has a good location.

Impeccable, the hotel facilities are first-class, and they actively helped to book the return shuttle bus when checking in. Only one thing is that from the outer ring, it doesn't feel like a real cave.

Very good hotel! Very convenient in the town. Next to the observation deck, it only takes a few minutes to walk up. The hotel has a rooftop where you can drink and smoke hookah. There will be band performances from 7 to 8 pm. The room is also fragrant. The hotel's breakfast omelette is delicious and the fruit is also delicious! It is the sweetest orange I have eaten in Turkey. The three Inkas in the hotel are super well-behaved. The front desk can help you book all the entertainment activities, but we booked them in advance and didn't find them. Very good and enthusiastic. I enjoyed staying in the hotel very much. I hope to come again if I have the chance.

Overall, the experience was very good, and the hotel also helped order a hot air balloon. The only drawback is that there are a lot of strange white particles on the bed in one room. It seems to be a problem with the room makeup. The cat and dog Henkeai are very cute, and the hotel guy is chatty and friendly.

The room, service and convenience are all perfect. The hotel took the initiative to drive to the station before leaving, which was very considerate. Breakfast is also very rich. Will recommend to friends to stay here.
