First of all, I want to say that the overall facilities and hygiene of the hotel are good. Although it is not a cave hotel, the interior rooms are also designed in caves, but the experience is really a bit bad. I booked a suite, but on the day of check-in, we were given a very small and depressing room. , the size was completely different from the photo of the suite. After communicating with the gentleman at the front desk, he said that there were no suites. Finally, we were given a superior room. It is no exaggeration to say that the size of the superior room was twice that of the first one. Fortunately, with the help of Ctrip customer service, we were able to refund the price difference. In addition, the quality of the breakfast was also very poor. I felt that some items from the previous day were left out for guests to eat. I think integrity is the foundation of business. Without integrity, you will not win the hearts of customers. I firmly do not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, the front desk service was good, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. There are two things I don't like very much: first: there is only one pillow for each person in the room, and second: there is a round hole in the room, which makes sleeping at night very annoying. I don’t know if you can see hot air balloons in the breakfast restaurant, because the weather was bad during the few days I was there and the hot air balloons didn’t fly.

Esta bien ubicado y parte de su personal es muy amable. Aunque la recepcionista tuvo modos muy bruscos que no nos hicieron sentir nada bienvenidos. Como si fueramos una gran molestia desde el momento que atravesamos la puerta del hotel. La limpieza es dudosa. Nuestra almohada tenia manchas amarillas y el cuarto en general no parecia muy limpio. Y era muy ruidoso!! Pegado a la calle. Con muy poca circulación de aire. Nos moriamos de calor. El desyauno es bueno. El recepcionista de la noche es un encanto! Lo mejor del hotel. El unico que nos ayudó en todo y colaboro para que la experiencia fuera buenisima.
