It's really awesome. You can see hot air balloons when you get up early for breakfast, but to be honest, the breakfast is not very delicious. There is only bread and eggs, no rice. The hotel room has a bathtub, which is ok

The room was clean, the front desk service was good, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. There are two things I don't like very much: first: there is only one pillow for each person in the room, and second: there is a round hole in the room, which makes sleeping at night very annoying. I don’t know if you can see hot air balloons in the breakfast restaurant, because the weather was bad during the few days I was there and the hot air balloons didn’t fly.

First of all, I want to say that the overall facilities and hygiene of the hotel are good. Although it is not a cave hotel, the interior rooms are also designed in caves, but the experience is really a bit bad. I booked a suite, but on the day of check-in, we were given a very small and depressing room. , the size was completely different from the photo of the suite. After communicating with the gentleman at the front desk, he said that there were no suites. Finally, we were given a superior room. It is no exaggeration to say that the size of the superior room was twice that of the first one. Fortunately, with the help of Ctrip customer service, we were able to refund the price difference. In addition, the quality of the breakfast was also very poor. I felt that some items from the previous day were left out for guests to eat. I think integrity is the foundation of business. Without integrity, you will not win the hearts of customers. I firmly do not recommend this hotel.

It’s a great experience in a cave hotel with good location and facilities. I can recommend it. If you have to be picky, the lack of air conditioning in summer is a drawback.

Amazing hotel. The host is so nice and accomodating. We left early on our last day and they provided us with a packed breakfast to go. Great location and view. Best view of the balloons and not crowded like the other hotel balconies. Nice rooms

What a warm comfy hotel!! This was a wonderful stay. The room was warm and comfortable with a nice large shower and a comfortable bed and plenty of room. The floor lighting added to the ambiance. Breakfast on the balcony with 156 balloons rising to the sunrise was spectacular to see

Me and my friends had a fantastic 3 days stay at this hotel. Helpful reception who went out of their way to accomodate our requests, from booking tours, restaurant recommendations, to having us use the pool from their sister hotel. And the views we’re fantastic as well. Nice rooftop giving us perfect view to watch the balloons pass by. Breakfast was also great! Topnotch all around!

Very attentive management. Good breakfast. These folks are helpful in every way. They made small suggestions, from best location to view the hot air balloons to helpful tips about the breakfast selections,that improved my stay.The rooms are very stylish.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. 1) Room cleanliness - 0, 2) toiletries- 0, 3) room wifi- not working inside the room, 4) windows- broken, Pathtic experience. I booked this hotel after reading the reviews & ratings on tripadvisor. But sorry to say, its totally opposite of what the pictures or reviews say.

A wonderful hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Super breakfast and restaurant staff always there to help. Rooms terrific and very clean. Great view of balloons from the terrace and just a stroll into the centre of town. Highly recommended.

The staffs are really helpful and friendly. I like the room vibe. My stay was for 1 night. I took bead and breakfasf option. Breakfast was simple but enjoyed the food. The staffs in the restaurant are very friendly. I recommend this hotel to stay in capadocia.
