Imagine chegar em uma cidade que você não conhece e procurar pelo endereço fornecido pelo dono do hotel, mas não achar. Então você anda e anda e finalmente, depois de um local te ajudar, você encontra o hotel depois de subir um morro muito inclinado, o que inicialmente não era previsto. Logo que entra no quarto, que devo admitir, é bem grande, tenta conectar na internet, mas o wi-fi não funciona. Depois, você tenta tomar um banho, mas a água não esquenta nunca, descobrindo que o aquecedor ainda está estragado. Você fala com a moça da limpeza, que não entende nada de inglês e apenas lhe dá uma chaleira elétrica para tomar banho. Depois de tudo isso, após conseguir sinal de internet em outro local, a dona do hotel e outros dois whatapps NAO RESPONDEM. Assim foi a minha experiência. Não recomendo!

The location is perfect, a short walk from the town centre and has a nice view. Maria wqs very helpful in answering any queries we had regarding the area and attractions, helped us organise the airport transfer; was always available on WhatsApp to answer further questions. However, we unfortunately did not have hot water in the shower, no matter how long we left it to run and heat up. This meant I could not shower for the duration of my stay as sudden temperature changes trigger asthma attacks for me. Additionally, there was black mould all over the bathroom, which in all fairness the host acted quick to remove; but did not remove all of it. In the mornings and at night whilst in the hotel I struggled to breathe a lot and had terrible chest pains, which subsided whenever I left the premises; I attribute this to the air quality within the room. I don’t know how viable this is with a cave, but the room could do with better ventilation, perhaps an additional window or an air filter.

This hotel is on the top of one of the mountains in the city of Goreme, with a picturesque view of this beautiful city. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable with all the basic necessities available. Maria the hotel manger is a very kind and polite person, she greeted us as soon as we arrived and sorted out our trips and tours for the next few days. Also, if needed a shuttle transport can also be sorted out for your travel from the airport to the hotel by contacting Maria. All in all nice relaxed place to stay ; highly recommend. And yes breakfast is included in the price.
