The owner and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Our hot air balloon ride cancel because of bad weather, they help us to search for the possibility of hot air balloon ride on the next few days and helped us to figure out the feasible options in order to take a balloon ride. It’s a great experience for tourist. And the little owner (a dog name max) is very cute too!!!

The lighting can be adjusted and the artistic conception can be freely controlled. 🍽️Catering: The two restaurants have a beautiful environment, good taste, not expensive, and very cost-effective. 🗺️Location: There are famous restaurants and attractions within a 15-minute walk, which is very convenient. 🤵🏻♂️Service: Everyone at reception is very nice. When we get up at 5 o'clock to chase hot air balloons, they will help us make coffee and chat with us. Five stars recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is located in the city and has convenient transportation. You can also walk to go shopping. The reception staff are very warm and friendly and will recommend you places to visit. The only drawback is that the network signal is poor.

I booked a total of three nights, and only found out after staying for two days that it was a real cave hotel (I thought it was man-made at first). It was very quiet and I slept well for a few days. The breakfast was a little limited, and more eggs would be better. The boss has a dog 🐶 named Max, who was busy welcoming guests and petting them as they came. It was so cute! What a business expert!

Good location with rooftop shadow hot air balloon The hygiene is average. There are insect corpses on the floor and a live one crawling on the bed. The staff is very polite and will help you with your luggage. Tried the Turkish spa service provided by the hotel and it was good

The location of the hotel is good, and the view of the hot air balloons from the rooftop is also very beautiful. I really like the boss's very smart puppy, which is as popular as a little star! The hotel owner is very nice. Because we were buying football matches on foreign websites, we had to register a lot of things. The owner went out of his way to help us a lot, which is great! You can book this hotel with confidence. The service and facilities are very good, but it is a bit small compared to the hotel in the picture~

It's very good. The room is very big and clean. The hotel is on a high ground and the transportation location is also convenient. It's just a short walk away for eating and walking to the station. There is a large terrace where you can take pictures and watch hot air balloons.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! The staff were exceptional and were always around if we needed any help. Our room was very spacious and comfortable - we could also see the balloons from our window! The terrace exceeded all our expectations, there is a bar, inside area, cushion seating and a firepit. The balloons flew very close to us. We were sad to leave and would 100% recommend.

The Luvi Cave Hotel was great!! The staff at this hotel are the best we’ve ever experienced! They are so helpful and kind; going above and beyond to ensure the guests are satisfied! They arranged taxis for us and even had us message them wherever we went and they would send a taxi there. They had sandwiches ready for us to take when we had to leave before breakfast! The views from the rooftop terrace are amazing! The room was clean and well-maintained and the location is perfect! Would recommend 100%! You’ll love Cappadocia and this hotel!

Our stay at Luvi Cave Hotel has been unforgettable, the place is awesome and truly cozy. Our room was so comfortable and the view from the terrace outside overlooking Goreme and the flying ballons at sunrise is stunningly beautiful. It is hard to describe the feeling we had while being there, a fantastic atmosphere, like a dream coming true. Besides this, the whole Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, ready to provide any information or assist in any detail, such as adjusting the breakfast time for us . Amazing stay! Everyone there was so courteous. They even gave us a free breakfast when we arrived. The room was spacious, and the rooftop area was just stunning. There are two parts to the rooftop: one is a cozy fire area, and the other is a carpeted section. Both are really nice places to sit and take in the beauty of Göreme. Oh yeah! I have to give a special mention to Gurkan, who was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we booked the hotel. He helped us arrange the hot air balloon ride and answered every single question we had about our plans in Cappadocia. If that’s not enough, we were also greeted by an adorable pup named Max, who was super friendly. I just want to say thanks for making our Cappadocia trip magical!

We stayed in Luvi Hotel for 3 days. Everything was great, from the moment we checked - in. The hotel employees were very kind and explained everything we needed to know about the many different tours and attractions the region offers. They also gave all support we needed to solve our problems. The suite was extremely clean and cosy. I defetinely recommend Luvi Hotel!

Brilliant boutique hotel in the centre of the beautiful town of Goreme. Management were super friendly and helpful. They arranged all our excursions for us, all of which were excellent. The hotel has a stunning roof terrace ideal for late afternoon drinks and also for early morning hot air balloon watching. Breakfasts were excellent. Our cave suite was also perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cappadocia.
