Room and toilet are large. However, the carpet has a noticeable stain and half of the lamps were working. Fortunately, heater worked well during winter.
They didn't automatically clean my room everyday and I'm dissatisfied with this. But, I think they will if you specifically go to the receptionist to request for it.

be careful they give different prices from the prices listed on *********, I stayed from 27-1 January. they gave different prices from what I paid on the website, their reason was because it was New Year and they had not updated the prices. I felt cheated by the hotel by paying almost 300$ more for 5 nights.

We had a family vacation of 4 people. Very nice hotel, large 2-room beautiful room in oriental style, furniture made of natural wood, soft carpets on the floor. Breakfasts and service were at a high level in the restaurant on the terrace with a panoramic view of the Goreme valley.

The administrators are good.
They helped me sign up for a cheap hot air balloon tour. They explained everything, all the interesting places, etc.
The breakfasts are great. The buffet is very good for such a hotel.
The room is a bit run down. All the lights near the bed on the right did not work. And it is obvious that everything is worn out.
The light is very dim, and the air conditioner is incredibly loud. It is impossible to be in the room with it (I am writing a review about room 303).
