酒店位置距離市中心唔算太遠，但係就有斜坡。我住咗三晚，租咗電單車可以泊喺酒店出邊，reception喺2樓，員工會主動幫手拎行李，而且好有禮貌，另外天台位置都有網紅地氈打卡位，可以睇到熱氣球，影相一流。而且價格比起其他位置差不多嘅酒店相對較平，但景色絕對唔會輸，算係性價比幾高。

Very happy with our stay at tulip cave suite. Definitely will stay here again next time❤️❤️beautiful place to stay with my family. Can view the hot air ballon from the terrace make us so happy❤️❤️ the service also make us happy.

A nice and cozy place to stay in. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Lots of restaurants and shops available. View from the rooftop is amazing!

Aile olarak iki çocuğumuzla birlikte bir gece oldukca konforlu ve temiz bir odada konakladık. Otel sahipleri samimi ve ilgiliydi. otelin terasından balonları izledik çok keyifli bir tecrübe oldu tavsiye ederim.

Este tema de las habitaciones cuevas es discutible. Son habitaciones construidas en las rocas oscuras y sin ventilacion. Iluminadas con luces tenues yson muy humedas. Aparte de eso hay hoteles que han "fabricado" habitaciones como si fuera en las rocas pero son construcciones imitando a una cueva en las rocas o sea que son haitaciones muy falsas

Por una discusion con uno de los encargados/dueño me mude de hotel. La mudanza fue sin cargo alguno pues uno de los dueños es dueño de otro hotel. A mi regreso encuentro en mi tarjeta Visa cargos indebidos efectuados por el segundo hotel. Esto se arreglo de inmediato pues yo no habia realizado gastos. Lo terrible es que el Tulip Cave brindo los datos de mi tarjeta al otro hotel sin mi consentimiento y tampoco fui notificado. Aclaro que en el segundo hotel nunca brinde los datos de mi tarjeta porque estaba todo pagado de antemano
