You can see hot air balloons in the hotel, and there is breakfast. It is clean and hygienic. There is a courtyard outside the hotel room. . . . . . . . . . . . . .

It's really great~ The room is clean and large, the breakfast is rich, and there is a terrace with beautiful scenery. Although it is on a slope, it is relatively close to the Goreme Observation Deck and other things.

It was nice to be able to rest comfortably as it was very quiet and a 5-7 minute walk from the center of town. I was very grateful that the owner, Nuru, and the manager, Elot, personally took care of the Kayseri airport sending. The car in front of us got stranded due to a flat tire on the way, but I hope everyone got on safely. The building and interior were just as pictured, and there was underfloor heating. HEIZUNG heating was also very warm. The insulation was so good that I had to keep the windows open. In my old residence in Frankfurt, the heating system was designed to take advantage of people's body temperature, so I lived in a very cold environment. Since it is not a cave house, there is no humidity or anything like that. The view of Uchihisaru Castle from the breakfast restaurant is spectacular. My wife and I paid 25 lira per person at the Goreme Bus Terminal for a one-way trip, went up to the castle observatory, and then walked back to the Goreme Panorama Observatory.

The hotel location is perfect. It’s immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Eren and his team of staff could not have been better. Anything we needed was no trouble at all and they were so kind, helpful, and genuinely lovely people. We had the perfect holiday and much of this was down to the hotel and staff being so wonderful. If we ever visit cappadocia again we would 100% stay here again. 10/10

This is a very small hotel with a lovely cosy feel. The customer service we received right from the beginning was excellent. The room itself was delightful and so clean and comfy. Excellent location as very near to town (up a slight hill) and an excellent view of the balloons from the balcony. The slight let down I would say would be breakfast. It all looked lovely and well presented but there were no hot options and the baked items didn't seem that fresh unfortunately. There was also not much juice provided and you had to ask several times to have them refilled.

Really nice place to stay in Goreme. Perfect location. Nearby is restaurants, small shops and not so far away is view point. Room was clean with nice interior and new furniture. Privat terrace. Breakfast room is with beautiful landscape view.

Definitely the best place to stay in Goreme Cappadocia. Fantastic experience for 6 nights. Host Eren upgraded our room on arrival. Room was fantastic, basically new with beautiful views over Goreme. Rooftop balcony was an awesome spot to view the balloons each morning. Also top spot for our great breakfasts. Eren could not do enough for us - as well as his staff. Made our stay all that much better and he organised all of our tours. Accommodation and service was top notch. Location was great, just out of the main street, town area and elevated with great views. Would highly recommend this place to anybody.

My stay at Naif hotel was possibly the best experience I have ever had while vacationing anywhere in the world, and that says a lot. I have spent a decade of my life travelling, but everything about Goreme, and Naif Hotel in particular set a new standard that I feel will likely never be beaten. When I first arrived at Naif I was greeted by the owner Shamzi(so sorry if I spelled that wrong!) I was sweaty and exhausted and he immediately offered me a seat, a glass of ice water and a glass of wine. We chatted about life while he booked me in and upgraded me to the lovely suite on the top level by the breakfast room. Shamzi is not just a hotel owner. This is a man who finds pure joy in providing exceptional service to people. This isn't just a business for him, it's a way of life. He even bought me medication and food while I was sick one night and introduced me to a friend of his who gave me an amazing free tour of one of the local abandoned cave cities. Shamzi wants to share the beauty of the incredible place he lives in and the hospitality of his people. I feel that I have made a life long friend in Shamzi and I will, without a doubt, spend my entire stay at Naif when I am visiting next. This is not to even mention the gorgeous hotel itself. No details are spared.Every little thing, from the fresh omelettes and organic breakfasts on the open patio, overlooking the town, to the bright , airy and modern rooms- This place impresses, all while being within a very reasonable budget for even a solo traveller on a tight budget. The housekeeping is very on their game, the beds are super comfortable, the location is perfect to access the town within a short walk, and the views are outstanding. I look forward to the next time I am back in Goreme, enjoying a glass of wine on the upstairs terrace with Shamzi. If you make one good choice while you are visiting Cappadocia it will be staying at Naif. You will not regret a second you spend at this lovely little boutique hotel.

We spent two nights in this fantastic new boutique hotel and we loved it! The room was so beautiful - every detail is well chosen and of superb quality! The whole staff was charming and super helpful at all times! We would love to come back one day!

Stayed here for like three days, and it was quite a pleasant stay. The owner is very very nice, very careful. Notice: to drive to hotel one need to head north from city centre. Very delicious breakfasts with lots of cheese and personal handmade omelette) room is nice and clean, good shower. Liked this hotel very much at all)

The naif is a superb boutique hotel. Small and personal. We stayed for three nights in a beautiful room overlooking Goreme Town and some of the outstanding rock formations. The bed was comfy as were the pillows. It was extremely clean and housekeeping was daily. Toiletries and slippers were among the many personal touches that made the room special. Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of choice and good quality. The owner and manager were really lovely guys. They could not do enough to make our stay fantastic. We could not fault them or the hotel in any way. Its a huge thankyou from us and we will return to do the cancelled balloon trip staying in this lovely hotel.

Sems and Eren will kill you with kindness. They always give good recommendations. They were so patient with me. I appreciate the efforts everyone made. The breakfast is made with love and the views are beautiful. A photographer's dream. I highly recommend staying here if you want to watch the balloons at sunrise. The beds are so comfortable you’ll be hugging the bed goodbye when it's time to check out. Soothing music plays across the hotel during the daytime. The interior designer made the place so attractive. The walk to and from the hotel is so easy and pleasant. Honestly, you’ll have such a relaxing time here.

Both Eren and Shamsi were excellent hosts - we got an upgrade to a bigger room with a bath for our honeymoon, which was lovely. They are the friendliest humans and we cannot wait to visit again. The room was lovely, minimal, clean and exactly what is advertised. They are still adding some features, which will only make Naif better, like a private terrace for the room we stayed in (and hopefully an additional balloon viewing area) - nudge nudge ;) ;) This is not a standard "Cave" hotel. We didn't want to stay in a dark, stuffy cave hotel, which is why we chose Naif and we were not disappointed. The hotel is situated about a 5 - 10 minute walk from the city centre, and just far enough from the noise. It has a beautiful sunrise & balloon view from the breakfast area as well.
