Century Cave Hotel Reviews

I stayed at this lovely hotel for four nights. It's located slightly up a hill but not all the way up, so it made it very easy to get away from all the hustle & bustle of the tourists on the main street, but yet still have the charm & proximity to beautiful architecture, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very accommodating, and the environment is very chill. In addition, there are two little furry staff members, sometimes three, who will run the courtyard and keep you company. Upon checking in, they informed me that if I wanted to include breakfast with my stay, all I needed to do was let them know how many times I dined at checkout. Also, I needed laundry to be done, therefore dropped it off in the morning by 10:00 a.m. and had it back by early evening. They also said just pay upon checkout. They are very trusting! No one checks you at the restaurant for your room number! One load was $10€, but I will say don't expect them to fold everything. I dropped everything off in my own laundry bag, and it was pretty much shoved back in there! You also have to be specific with what you want hung dry too. They have an iron in the reception area should you need it. The rooms are nicely decorated in a rustic style. It's a decent size, but they are rather dark. I had a hard time putting on makeup before going out. 😂 The bed was rather comfy. The water pressure was absolutely fantastic, and the water gets hot quick too!! There are several delicious restaurants within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance ... Taste of Mama (Gözleme), Omru (rooftop), TUMA (rooftop), INCI, and Keyif (rooftop & great music). Overall, a very pleasant stay in a lovely location. I would definitely return!

Easy to find and the location was good. Nothing to complain but the room that I booked was quite small, this may be my own problem. Rooftop for taking balloon photo were enough.

Good Stay. Only problem is that it has too many rooms, hence getting too crowded and noisy at times. May be worth checking other options in the vicinity if looking for a smoother stay.

Good location and service. You will need to walk up a hill from the town centre to reach the hotel. Our room is close to entrance on the ground floor hence can be noisy if people chat outside.

It is just 7 mins walk from bus terminal. Clean over all. Nice staff. You can see the hot balloon in the morning, very beautiful. The standard room is small for two big luggages. But I booked the room with discount, so I don't mind.

The location is very convenient, you can walk to the hotel in seven minutes from the bus station. The female staff receptionist at first was quite cheerful. Later, other staff members, especially one man, didn’t smile very much. But seeing that he loved tin dogs, I thought it didn’t matter. The room assigned was very dark and on the ground floor. It would be possible if you went to the second or third floor. It will be brighter. The heating is making me feel uncomfortable, so I might as well ask them to turn it off. Although the temperature is only around zero at night, I don’t feel cold for some reason. Is it because the materials in these houses retain heat? We booked a hot air balloon ride and walked to the reception desk early in the morning to wait for the driver. I saw the male staff member sleeping and felt sorry for waking him up. There are four dogs sleeping with him in the warm room, which feels very cozy. Even if the male staff member has a bad face, it doesn't matter. There are four dogs, two are big and two are babies. They can jump on the sand as they please. You can tell that the people here treat them well. If you like cats and dogs, this is the right hotel. When we came back, the dogs came out to welcome us. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast here is quite good. You must know that the general breakfast in Turkey is cheese, cheese and cheese, jam, honey and jam, bread, long bread, round bread, flat bread. But the buffet breakfast here has many different styles and the taste is quite good. I saw that it was cooked by a slightly fat lady with motherly feelings. The most gratifying thing is that there are many cats here to watch you have breakfast, of course you have to be sensible. . . But if you don’t want your cat to watch you eat breakfast, you can go indoors. Breakfast is on the rooftop, where you can watch the hot air balloons in the sky. What is unexpected is that the hot air balloons can be so close to residential houses, it is really visually stunning!

The room is not big, but it is clean. The bathroom has a heated towel rack, and the clothes are dry the next day after washing. The breakfast is rich and the terrace is beautiful. It is great to take pictures in the hotel

The room is OK. You can take photos on the terrace roof. It has a garden and a balcony. It is a cozy little yard. It is suitable for daydreaming and sunbathing. The reception service at the front desk is so-so. They sold us various tourist projects on our first visit and the prices were high.

It is in the town of Gemere, with a good location, many restaurants nearby, and close to the sunset viewing point. However, the room facilities are average and relatively old, but the price-performance ratio is better. The breakfast is very rich and suitable for Chinese stomachs!

The location, environment, layout, service of the hotel staff and cost performance are all top choices. The hotel's breakfast is also good. This hotel is a good choice for hot air ballooning in Kappa.
