This cozy little hotel is in the middle of Goreme, 5 minutes’ walk from everything. The family room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with separate rooms for the bathroom (shower) and toilet. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a range of food including cereals, coffee, juices and all the ingredients of a Turkish breakfast. What’s more, is it’s served on the terrace on the roof, which has a spectacular view over the town. 100% recommended.

The location is a bit of a walk from the downtown area. However, it is very close to the bus stop, so transportation is convenient. The service is generally satisfactory. It was clean and the room was very warm. However, the shower was slightly broken. Other than that I am very satisfied. Next time I come to Goreme, I want to come again.

I am a caveman ! The cave room has no window, but all the amenities and ventilation in the ceiling. The description and photos of the hotel are true. I liked everything. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds. A terrace from which you can admire the flights of balloons and drink a cup of coffee. Delicious homemade breakfasts with fresh pastries. The location is just super! There was no water for several hours (a malfunction in the city water supply), so all guests were provided with additional bottled water and a large package of wet wipes. I had an early check-out, and they prepared an early breakfast for me, and packed hot cigar burek (crispy rolls of puff pastry with cheese) to take with me. My photos are the best confirmation of my words. Leila, my heartfelt gratitude to you and all the staff.

The room looks clean. There is music on the terrace in the evening. It is recommended that you go early to grab a seat. It feels very chill to overlook the whole town at sunset. The service awareness of the male waiter in the restaurant is average. He saw us carrying luggage and pretended not to see it. The male waiter at the check-in counter was quite polite. The price of more than 1,000 yuan is reasonable, mainly because it looks clean and has a good location.

Good location in the center.. The space was small because I chose a room with a terrace, but it was okay for a short stay. .....

A very beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff here have been very accommodating and booked all our trips for us in advance. Very responsive on WhatsApp. The hotel arranged transfers to and from the airport. Breakfast was amazing, blown away with the variety. The staff at breakfast are so lovely. Room - we stayed in the deluxe stone room. Wow, absolutely beautiful! The hotel has a terrace, perfect to relax and perfect views of the hot air balloons early mornings. Only down fall, I found the reception wasn’t open 24 hours. Morning of our hot air balloon ride I couldn’t find staff to enquire where our transfers were. Though transportation eventually arrived, it would have been nice if I could ask staff to enquire regarding the delay or whether we missed our pick up. Secondly, I had to ask for a receipt as proof of payment for all my excursions, which one staff seemed hesitant in issuing or wasn’t sure how to, after a bit of pressure I was provided with a receipt. Otherwise, staff have been superb and the hotel experience has been fabulous. We were provided with information regarding local ATM, recommended places to eat, how to navigate to certain places and provided tea when we asked, did wake up calls when requested. Thank you for accommodating me and my son, you made our stay very enjoyable. We wish all the staff the very best.

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

We recently enjoyed another exceptional 3-day stay at this remarkable hotel. The suites are exquisitely designed, and the breakfast remains unparalleled in Turkey (this being my sixth visit). The vistas from every part of the hotel are truly breathtaking. The staff's kindness and dedication are exceptional. Mustafa at the front desk provided extraordinary service, acting as our trip planner, navigator, and restaurant guide. He even shared his personal contact number and remained in touch with us outside of his working hours. His generosity was evident when he personally prepared food for us after the kitchen had closed, ensuring we were not left hungry.He would ask us about our stay and make sure that everything was fine whenever we passed by the reception. It was wonderful of him to make you feel like a special guest. Special thanks also go to Mr. Funkier and Mr. Dugsh for their outstanding assistance. This level of service epitomizes the high standards of this property. In summary, the hotel offers an exceptional location, outstanding service, and beautifully appointed rooms. We eagerly anticipate our next visit.

All I have to say is this place is great, I travel a lot but this place is nothing but best. Service is excellent they go out of their way to accommodate you. Great place for family, they are honest and make sure you don’t get over charged for things which is common in the area. I asked them to book everything through them and they made sure it’s the best price. The early morning view from the hotel is priceless, over the location is great and you’re in the heart of Cappadocia. Price for hotel was very reasonable.
