Upon check-in, the hotel referred to overbooking and canceled the reservation and refunded the payment through a third-party aggregator, demanding to re-pay for the stay on the spot. I stayed at this hotel between 3- 11 November 2022. The hotel building is beautiful. This year, I stayed in 3 different 5-star hotels for 5+5+7 days until I came to this hotel. I wanted to close with this hotel. I can say that the lobby was nicer than the 5-star hotels I stayed in. (Not as a service) I can say that the reception service and the cleanliness of the rooms are adequate. I can't say anything bad about the food and drinks. For this price, this is all there is to it. But I would like to find coffee everywhere, anytime. But unfortunately, there was a deficiency in the lobby service in this regard. Service; Here is the whole problem; Unfortunately, the hotel management did not train or discipline the staff, especially those working in service and animation. The personnel were left unattended. These personnel; They are the types who, rather than doing their job, try to arrange especially Russian female tourists who come to the hotel, act as hostess at the tables of these guests, argue with other male guests about this issue, and even take things to the extreme. Personally, I was very disturbed by this situation. Guest; He cleans his table at the pool bar, and the staff on duty: Although this is his job, he is clearly engaged in arranging women at the tables of Russian female guests. This much is called pöh. He doesn't care at all, he continues playing with his cigarette. It is not clear which unit the hotel employees are from. They don't have uniforms indicating which department they are. Employees work in daily civilian clothes. The hotel hosts a passing inn, a luggage store next to the hotel, a market seller and a bathhouse shop all around the hotel. And especially the suitcase man has the habit of humiliating and belittling the Turkish guests, and making things worse with the guests he meets. Bath; It is not working properly, sauna is ok, massage rooms are mediocre. It fails in cleanliness and hygiene. Beach; The sun loungers are adequate and cushioned. Only water is available as a drink. It meets the need. In conclusion; The hotel is a nice hotel, but the staff is terrible. Education, education, education; control, control, control. If these are implemented, the hotel will be much better.

Только вернулись с данного отеля Те кто пишут ужасные отзывы не знаю за сколько покупали путевку за 50тр за человека и хотят условий ультра все включено как в риксосе не понимаю таких людей. Коротко об отеле 1. Если брать стандартный номер то он в целом не плохой, просторный и более менее чистый, техника вся работает, а главное в жару хорошо работает кондей, главное плотно закрыть балкон. Номер не новый но чистый и удобные матрасы. В самом центре п.Бельдиби находится мечеть, об этом должны предупреждать тур.операторы так как возле мечете очень хорошая слышимость молитв в любое время суток, к слову (возле мечете 4пятерки и я думаю им намного слышнее) 2. Еда и вай фай Еды много овощей, завтраки оладушки, халва, яичница фрукты, арбуз и дыня омлет и много сыров и колбас (обеды однообразные как и ужины, делают гриль, и раз в неделю рыбный день это очень вкусно ) фрукты и еда в целом вся свежая и вкусная…голодными совсем не будите , но не стоит от отеля эконом класса ждать изысков интернет в лобби работает очень плохо лучше сразу купить платный или сидеть часами и ждать когда загрузится что-то с бесплатным. 3. Бассейн и пляж Бассейн большой и чистый, мест в любое время суток у бассейна всегда хватало Пляж береговая линяя не большая, лежаки в притык и естественно в пик времени 9-11 часов лежаки все заняты семьями с детьми и т.д Поэтому если прийти после завтрака часам к 8-8:30 мест достаточно и даже под навесом за пляжем смотрит Рамазан что бы с других отелей не занимали места, так же у пляжа есть пантон для захода в море, для тех у кого нет специальной обуви, море чистое и прекрасное бара у пляжа бесплатного нет, но прям на заходе есть платный бар, мороженка и лепёшки, чипсы и водичка все есть да цены не дешевые, но это же отдых и не стоит удивляться. В целом отель не плохие 4* супер эконом варианта, для не супер привередливых людей! Мы отдыхали 8 дней и в целом всем довольны в соотношении цена=качество!

День добрый всем. Magic Sun Hotel - были с супругой с 05 по 16.10.2022. В предыдущих отзывах и видео на Ютуб достаточно грамотно все описано, так что буду краток. Все на твердую ЧЕТВЕРКУ. Ресепшн - (за небольшую доплату можно поменять номер) - гиды по отелю русскоговорящие, номер - на обе стороны есть плюсы и минусы - у нас был номер 318, сам отель, территория внутри, сауна - хамам - массажист Фейси, питание, алкоголь - понравилось только пиво(крепкие напитки не брали), пляж - лучше занимать лежак до 09-15 - обязательно кораллки, вечерняя анимация - дискотека, на 80% отдыхающие из России, в последние два дня отдыха пошли дожди.

Şuan burada konaklıyoruz ilk gün ama büyük bir pişmanlık şuan aç bir şekilde yatağa giriyoruz. Oldukça pis, bardaklarıni, çatal kaşıklarini gönül rahatligi ile kullanamıyoruz odamızda girdiğimizde çok değişik bir koku vardı. Denizine girmek çocuklar için oldukça zor yanı bir kuruş verip gelinebilecek yer değilmis aslında bız çok pişmanım ama malesef para da verdik o yüzden zor bela duruyoruz gerçekten. Bir tek animasyon saatinde çocuklar eğlendi onun dışında hiçbir artı bulamıyoruz. İki aile geldik ama sanırım hayatımızda aldığımız en kotu karar oldu. Rezervasyon yapmadan önce çok düşünün. Personeline bişey diyemem iyisi de var kotusu de ama yemek ve hijyen sıfır. 😔
