Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

Stay at the hotel with my family for my birthday and my daughters anniversary. Very clean and welcoming. Staffs very friendly. My room was upgraded to Seaview which was breathtaking. The only downside was the cats in the restaurant.
