Unfortunately, there is no minibar or fridge... You cannot choose the temperature in the room yourself, the internet is slow but probably sufficient for leisure time. Turning around in the tiny shower cubicle is difficult for older guests or those with a larger size :-) The house is definitely in need of renovation. The breakfast is sufficient, the staff helpful and friendly, as long as you don't order something that is simply not available (e.g. shampoo). Cleanliness is satisfactory... I can't recommend staying more than two nights...

On our tour from Trentino to Friuli Venezia Giulia, I book two nights in this hotel in the center of Grado. In a strategic position, the hotel is very clean and the staff are courteous. The rooms are a little dated but still comfortable. The breakfast was very varied, from sweet to savory and fruit with excellent quality products. Paid parking in the immediate vicinity. The price is average for the level. We will be back next time.

We had a short break in Alla Città di Trieste last weekend and came back home with amazing experience regarding this Hotel. First of all, we would like to mention amazing, super friendly, nice, always but I mean always at your service (via email, telephone, what's up....) stuff. Starting from Matteo, Emilio, other front desk and breakfast serving co-workers. If you would stay in Alla Città di Trieste you can definitely count on all possible support and help from the stuff 24/7. For example, by organizing a park place for you, delivering some insider information about appropriate restaurant according to your criteria, booking a table for you. Due to the strong wind, the window covers in the room close to our room, were not fixed i. e. were rather loud as they have crashed into the windows repeatedly. After short telephone call it was fixed by front desk co-worker within a minute! Position& Facility Only one minut by walk to the Old Town. Hotel facility is not the newest one, but still quite OK. Our two-bed room was big enough for us, clean (every day cleaning serice included) and sunny. Classic room properties such as: AC, TV, wireless connection, hair dryer, safe etc. all included. Hotel offers rent a bike option and has a nice garden in front of it too. Breakfats Super delicious including also Italian products! From our personal point of view, we could strongly recommend Alla Città di Trieste as a first choice Hotel in Grado! Grazie Mille dear Alla Città di Trieste!
