I arrived on the 20th of May to stay until the 23rd. I left on the 22nd because I didn't want to stay any longer as the room was very small and barely roomable.
Not to mention that on the first day when we arrived, they wanted to put us in a room that smelled like dirty cloth and we couldn't bear to stay...we complained to the attendant and they had to clean the room again...we had already lost half a day of accommodation in all this peicesso. As if that wasn't enough... at night, when it was time to sleep, the room faced a main street with the noise of residents and cars passing by during the early hours of the morning and the worst part... the room didn't have a total black out curtain and the entire super bright street light.
In short, I didn't rest at all. I would not return to this hotel again.
The other day we changed rooms and we went into the one I mentioned earlier that was barely roomable.

Fizemos uma reserva nesse hotel para os dias 17 a 21 de junho, mas tivemos que cancelar por causa da tragédia que aconteceu no RS. Nos falaram que a devolução do valor pago seria feito nas próximas semanas, acontece que já faz mais de um mês e nunca nos devolveram o valor que pagamos, nem mesmo uma parte dele. Péssima experiência.

Localização muito boa, perto de tudo, café da manhã tbm muito bom, únicos pontos negativos são o ar condicionado muito antigo que fazia um barulhão, o botão dele tava quebrado e tivemos dificuldade de alterar a temperatura, os cartões para entrar no quarto desmagnetizam sempre, então tem que ficar indo na recepção sempre arrumar, o elevador deu problema dois dias e nosso quarto só foi arrumado um dia, mesmo deixando o led verde na porta, devido a arrumação ser muito tarde, um dia chegamos as 15h e estavam limpando os quartos do andar ainda e o nosso não tinha sido limpado. Mas pelo preço cobrado esta dentro do esperado.
