Everything was perfection at Palm Heights!!!! From check in to check out, the staff, food, rooms, amenities, views, and anything else you can think of was over the top amazing and luxurious. Specifically the staff were beyond impressive, so kind, sweet and attentive. They made my day each day. Every restaurant and food option was DELICIOUS and we were so impressed by every single dish. We loved the happy hour daily and the amazing cookies by Tillie’s!!! Additionally, the gym and spa were wonderful as was the lymphatic drainage massage I got! The rooms were spacious, always clean, and so enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back.

This hotel has done an excellent job in providing the best all around island experience. From the valet/Frank to Ganga/beach attendant…and literally everyone in between- they all seek to please. We had a rental car, but used it only one day—no need to leave! Ps: all dining options are great with special kudos to Tilly’s. A most memorable anniversary :)

Palm Heights: a Cayman Islands Oasis We're back again for all the PH has to offer. Tilley's, arguably the best restaurant on the island, w Davide, Tilley's Manager, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and at home and the spectacular service of Giuseppe, who anticipates what you need before you need it. The camaraderie between Davide and Guiseppe is both genuine and hilarious. So, Tilley's for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner is never a bad idea!

Great Hotel. 2nd visit with my Family including two boys 18 and 20. Service and food were top notch. We ate at all the restaurants and all were outstanding in their own way. Special shout out to Davide who is so friendly and always made my family feel so welcome. Beach personal went out their way to make sure we were comfortable and well served with drinks and food without being obtrusive. We were probably originally attracted to the hotel for the large 2 bedroom rooms. They have 2 separate rooms each with their own bathrooms allowing for space for 4. Very comfortable. Can't wait to come back next summer!

Had a stellar experience at Palm Heights for our babymoon. Staff is incredibly attentive and everything about this resort feels curated. So many fine details to appreciate. Food and drinks were incredible. Already dreaming of returning!
