The staff was really nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean. The only reason why my overall rating is 4/5 stars is because they were doing construction in the parking lot and when coming from a family event at night the parking lot was full. Still a great hotel for the price.

The rooms are a nice size. The bathroom had mold in the shower and also on the floor next to the shower. Was double charged for my stay. When I called to get assistance in correcting the problem. the desk manager was very rude and wouldn't want to help fix the problem.

Check in staff was really nice. Hotel is close to tons of food places and a huge mall. The parking lot was just redone. Room was clean. Very pet friendly.
