Very unclean. Smoke filled. Dirty pillow cases. Peeling paint. Stains everywhere. Hot tub inoperable

We conveniently have gotten the same room three times in a row now. Love the pool being the pool is fenced off for kids safety, rooms are nice and pet friendly so I can bring my dunky boy with us. My kids always choose the Ramada every time we come back home for a break away! Breakfast is great, front desk service is super friendly and the coffee station is always tidy. I have enjoyed every stay every time we have gone.

Super nice staff! Gave us an unexpected room upgrade! And the bartender tho..he was awesome and deserves a raise! Very very delicious Long Island iced teas!! I will definitely return here for more good times while on a budget at that! Thank you!

The staff is super friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is all smiles. Offering there assistance with anything you might need. Check in was like making a new friend the girls were laughing and were as outgoing as they were professional. The room was cozy and cool my window faced the roadway at front of property overlooking a lovely grassy area with trees. Guests were cooking out and the bar offered cold drinks games and staff that made our night

Unpleasant customer service. Mold and mildew in the washroom, bathroom tiles. Dusty surface areas. Rusty window. We checked in at 3pm. Internet was not working. Came back at 10pm, receptionist blabbed on for ten minutes stating we owed an extra $25 CAN more because they’ve given us a more expensive room - due to their internet being down. How is it fair or our fault because their internet was down that we have to pay extra for our room? Also, we did not receive a phone call to state our new room would be more expensive or get notified to possibly switch rooms to what we originally booked it for. Also, was given excuses as to why management was not available at the time.

Arrived just after 10:00 pm for our one night stay. The front desk staff was gone getting someone some blankets. Finally check in and get to our room that was very hot with no way to cool down. The TV didn't work. Took 10 minutes to find the front desk staff (was working in the bar). Ready to leave and find another hotel (now around 10:45). The staff moved us to a different room. Resolution for heat is to open the window. Heard traffic on the highway all night. Then, when taking showers in the morning the smoke detector started to beep (stopped when we were done showering). Did get a reduced price.... Won't stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. Our room had a NASTY smoky smell. Not cigarette smoke, but either vape or burning. Strongest at the door. This property has a very ODD layout, but in the spirit of "you get what you pay for", it is fine. The breakfast was good, and the pool and hot tub were nice. The parking lot is really torn up, and the stairs and hallways could use a makeover. It's very run down. Also, the rooms are NOISY!!! Very thin windows providing little protection from the highway outside.
