Pros:
The pool was heated and very comfortable and hot tub was enjoyable. The pool was cloudy though.
They did clean our room on second day as requested. We just are not used to having to ask.
They served a decent breakfast.
Parking lot was nice.
Our room was on first floor so did not have to climb steps with luggage.
Staff wss helpful and friendly.
Cons
Tray missing for coffee pod. Front desk gave us one.
Toilet runs
No wire to connect phone in room. It was missing.
No where to put our personal items like soaps or personal scrubbers in bathtub area
We realize this is an older hotel but needs some upgrades.

Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was AMAZING! Incredible selection, more than I had expected. The lady who attended the breakfast room was delightful! Good Job to all. Will highly recommend and will definitely return :)

See previous note. Terrible hotel. Terrible service. Third party booking. Never stay again. Contacted customer service multiple times without success. Overcharged for stay. Manager never followed up despite repeat messages.

Good price for a large, functional room, room appears clean and well appointed.
Everything is functional, nothing is fancy.
Breakfast is good with a cheerful attendant.
Extending our stay by an extra day was hard to do, and the front staff didn’t get it right. That was annoying.

The bed was wore in the middle. The shower had a large hairball in it. It was pretty run down. The staff was friendly.
