The property is run down, dirty and outdated. Doors that should have been secured were broke, the couch was filthy, linens were stained and the bathroom faucet pulled out of the wall even though our room was a newly “remodeled room.” The positive side of our experience was that it’s in a good location close to shops.

Rooms were dirty and switches/lamps/bathroom door - broken. Moved to another room. Beds still looked dirty pool was closed which stated was open at sute.

The pool was not usable but that was not shared on the website. I booked here because a pool was listed as amenities. I had to give a $100 damage deposit that I didn't know about until I checked in at the hotel. The water in the shower was cold, no warm water was available.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, everything worked. Although a modest place, it was an excellent value. Recommended and we intend to stay there in the future.

Our room was clean but the rest of the hotel was not. We found a piece of metal sticking out of one of our outlets and the sink faucet was completely broken and had to be repaired. The front lobby had garbage cans to collect the rain water leaking through the roof and the outside was broken cement and garbage laying around with moldy carpet in the hallways.

Absolute dump. My room (a pet friendly room) looked Absolutely nothing like the pictures. It was beyond run down. It was a non smoking room but reeked of cigarette smoke. Dirty. Stains. Nasty carpet. I was way back in the corner of the hotel near a side door that didn't even shut all the way, non of the exterior doors locked so I felt very unsafe and had them move me. The only pet friendly room left was a smoking room. I had to go buy febreeze and use the whole bottle. Had to wash all my clothing and hair when I got home.
