Room and property was clean. Manager and staff were very courteous and helpful. Stay was very comfortable and satisfying. I will return.

I never stayed there i paid online and could not get in the room i end up having to pay again. I need a refund for this night asap. When i checked in the key you was suppose to send never was sent. I paid for the room in front of the receptionist and it did not let me check in so i uad to pay cash again. I need my refund for not being able to be in the room.

Worst experienced! Booked online, first hotel had given away the room due to non-payment, which was not requested at time of booking. Called customer service to book another room at nearby Studio 6. When arrived room was given to current guest who had to move to another room due to roach problem. Booked another facility nearby. When arrived, office was closed not able to check in. Terrible.

Bed was broken and bathroom room was small and not up to date for the price the covers and pillows. Were dirty I went out and bought my own cover to put over the bed

Excellent staff

Cabinets were missimg doors. Bathroom door wouldnt latch. Water was cold with little pressure, no trash cans in the room. Outlets had no covers.

Excellent staff, very accommodating, always available, kind of privately located w/ plenty of parking, a lot of restaurants and shopping along with other activities within 3-5 miles of the area…. just an excellent stay. I appreciate everything so much. I definitely recommend this location.

Had a dirty room, they were quick to clean it , very friendly people :) close to shopping and food
