I arrived at night at the hotel, and was checking in with their electronic check in. I kept getting an error “room allocation cannot be completed at this time”, even though I had a reservation. There are nobody to help out, or even a phone number to call. I managed to find a member of the cleaning staff, who informed me that I would have to wait till 6AM, when the reception opened. After waiting in the reception until 5:30AM, a receptionist arrived, and refused to help, as the clock wasn’t yet 6AM. I told him that there was an error in their system, and that the least he could do was assist us with a now extremely late check in. He flat out told us that this was not his problem, and I would have to wait until he found time. My started cursing at me and speaking to me like I’m stupid, and suddenly also refused to speak English anymore. We ended up paying full price for a room we didn’t have access to, and had to wait checking in, until two hours before we had to check out. I didn’t get any excuse or compensation for their faulty check in system, or the time I had to spend without the rightful access to the room I had paid for. I would never recommend anyone to go to this hotel.
