Hotel Palacio de Oñate

Very central hotel, good reception and cleaning service. Large room, comfortable bed. The room was poorly soundproofed, you could hear the neighbors. The buffet breakfast service is a bit limited, although it is not expensive. Parking with very bad access. It is not a bad option if we want to spend a few days in Guadix.

I wanted to thank the staff for their kindness and treatment. The perfect Hotel: the room was clean and well-kept, spacious and comfortable. From the spa, I really liked the relaxing massage that my girl and I, 10, gave each other, congratulations on the service. And the building is an architectural gem.

The Hotel is very clean and the breakfast service is of very good quality. The truth is that the quality-price experience has been very good, the location is very well located and the receptionist and other employees are very pleasant. The spa is quite good. Recommended

There are 3 jacuzzis, of which there is only one in operation and while we were bathing they added chlorine and we could not be inside. It stank of bleach and made a lot of foam. There was also no masseuse service. The girls at the reception were very friendly, but they did not inform us to see things of interest. There is no parking at the door and you have to carry your suitcases.

The hotel is good but the service not so much. I was told that dinner in the restaurant starts at 8:30 p.m. At that time I went down to the restaurant but the restaurant was not open. A few minutes later one of the waiters comes, annoyed because he had to come open the door. I do not recommend breakfast.

Un lugar encantador, habitación amplia, limpia y silenciosa. La atención del personal muy agradable y simpática. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Buena calefacción. El desayuno buffet con un precio muy asequible.

Inmejorable relación calidad precio. Es un edificio señorial, con aire de mediados de siglo XX. La habitación era bastante amplia y luminosa, sobria en detalles y con techos muy altos decorados con vigas de madera. El SPA, incluido en el precio de la habitación, es pequeño aunque no le falta nada, jacuzzi, pozos de agua caliente y fría, sauna, baño turco...etc.

Estuvimos con unos amigos un fin de semana en Guadix. Nos alojamos una noche. El hotel es muy céntrico, con aire señorial. La habitación bien, aunque le hace falta un mantenimiento. El personal muy amable. Desayunamos y almorzamos. El almuerzo muy abundante y bueno. El desayuno tengo entendido que es continental pero lo ponen en forma de bufet, así que está estupendamente para un desayuno continental y corto para un bufet. Los zumos de mala calidad como en casi todos los hoteles. Hice la reserva directamente a través del hotel porque me dijeron que la habitación iba a ser igual que la de nuestros amigos que tenían una caja regalo y no fue así. La nuestra mucho más pequeña. A la hora de pagar también me dijeron que era el importe que me comentaron por teléfono pero más IVA y de eso no me informaron. Por todo esto me descontaron unos 15 euros. De todas maneras lo veo una buena opción.

Hotel bien situado, habitación amplia pero antigua, muebles de poco gusto, mini nevera vacía, televisión de tamaño mínimo y más para una habitación grande. En el baño, toallas limpias pero muy pequeñas y un detalle que no corresponde con la categoría oficial que ostenta: vasos de plástico de los peores del mercado. El desayuno escaso y de poca calidad, algún yogur, fruta escasa, jamón de york de ínfima calidad, unos bizcochos grandes y mal cortados con aspecto de corresponder a aprovechos del día anterior y zumos de escasísima calidad. Otro detalle que no se corresponde con un cuatro estrellas: manteles de plástico en el desayuno. Eso si, el personal de recepción, amable y simpático, facilitando los trámites. En resumen, buscaré otro hotel si vuelvo a Guadix
