Habitación con cortineros en muy mal estado, sillas rotas, baño con focos fundidos y aunque lo reportamos no lo cambiaron. Se reservó una habitación para cuatro personas y solamente entregaron dos toallas y hubo que pedir las otras dos toallas no había shampoo y jabón suficiente, pero de ahí en todo lo demás muy bien. Y como siempre, y era de esperarse, se sienten presencias en la noche tipo fantasmas que habrá gente que les asuste y habrá gente que nos divierta.

El hotel está muy descuidado. En algunas habitaciones todavía tienen televisiones en vez de pantallas. El mobiliario muy descuidado. Los baños con pésimo mantenimiento, las toallas ya muy desgastadas. Lástima pues es un lugar bonito pero se ve que no les interesa invertir en mejorarlo.

Mi estancia fue fabulosa y apacible, es una icono tradicional, conserva la imagen de castillo medieval.
Personal muy amable. Lo unico que le podria quitar mérito es el restaurante.

Es muy bonito el castillo, pero a las habitaciones les falta mucho mantenimiento, no tiene enchufes para conectar celulares, las sillas están rotas, el baño tira agua, la secadora y las lámparas no están bien colocadas, están flojas y algunas no sirven y el seguro de la puerta principal no sirve.
