503房，環境乾淨整潔，就係枕頭比較軟身. 第二晚的時候，有人行錯酒店不停禁我房門既密碼鎖，前台既人發現咗之後即時過黎查問情況，之後都電話再聯絡我地道歉解釋情況，服務幾好. 唯一唔好既係房門無得上鎖. 房間放嘢既檯面比較少. 美中不足

公寓式酒店，前台在5樓。地點在融創文旅程第5棟。目前在修鐵路，要到對面融創茂，要走到第4棟正前方才有穿越道，基本上遇到的客人大部分是來滑雪的。大樓後方有小吃一條街，融創茂也有很多餐廳。房間格局很好，基本乾淨，也有洗衣機，這個價位很超值。

老實説 這個價錢不應該太有要求 但我也給點意見吧
先説好的👍地方:
前枱很吸力 態度不錯 努力幫忙解決 位置低層 真的出奇地不太嘈吵（門口除外） 房間空間足夠
差的地方:
我訂了五間房間全部衹有一張房咭 原因是太多房間拿了多餘的房咭老實説 這不是我的問題 兩張房咭給房間內的兩個人是基本吧好在前台給力幫忙開門 否則不能其中一個外出
洗手間有點臟 地上有毛髮 毛巾變色有點濕 沒有放浴室邊的毛巾 沖完涼出來全地濕 我是用自己一次性毛巾抹地的
洗漱用品放在外面枱 沒有洗手液 衹有一塊小小肥皂 亦都沒有放肥皂的地方 所以我打開了肥皂不知道放哪裡
風筒有異味
開大時馬桶淤塞 好在前台給力 姐姐不怕核突前來通廁所才可以繼續使用
沖涼花灑水壓太弱 
床上亦有毛髮 起鋪有很輕微的味道
床頭所有USB均是不能用的 亦是前台給力幫忙找轉插插蘇
